Lobov has chosen Eminem - sing for the moment as his entrance music. We have two fighters making their debuts here, so let's see who comes out of this one with their first professional victory.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the bantamweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.

The judges for this bout are Aleksei Zolotukhin, Konstantin Menshow and Dmitry Maklakov.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Lobov gets a takedown into half guard.
McGreg wants to improve his position but Lobov is controlling well.
McGreg is controlling Lobov's trapped leg to prevent Lobov from advancing to side control.
Lobov really doesn't want to stay on the ground with McGreg. If he can't get it back to his feet, it's only a matter of time before he'll be tapping out.
McGreg has no desire to be mounted, so is trying to control. Lobov is working away from the top position though.

It looks like Lobov might be adopting somewhat of a lay and pray gameplan here, which I'm sure won't go down too well with the paying fans in attendance... Or the ring announcers come to think of it.

Wladamir Lobov seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Lobov lands a leg kick and bounces back out of range.
Lobov throws a head kick but McGreg moves out of range.

McGreg feints and then dives in with a takedown. That was a long way out but the feint bought him enough time to close the distance and complete the takedown. Now we'll play guard for a bit and see who can get the better of that position.

We get told so often about how wrestlers don't like to be on their backs. Let's see if Lobov can do anything to dispel that myth.
Lobov is looking to get back to his feet but can't, whilst McGreg is controlling him.

Lobov stalks McGreg and leaps in with a furious combination of punches. Uppercuts and crosses smash into McGreg's face. McGreg staggers backwards, shaken.

Lobov misses with a half-hearted attempt at a head kick.
McGreg blocks a head kick by Lobov.
No luck for McGreg with that takedown attempt.
McGreg scores with a nice takedown into half guard. Let's see what he's got on the ground.

McGreg is working for submissions here but there's nothing on.

Lobov seems keen to control rather than go for a submission, at least for now.
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.

Lobov moves into range and clinches up with McGreg.
McGreg tries to pull guard but Lobov holds him up against the cage and eventually McGreg drops back down to his feet.
Lobov wants to break free but McGreg has control.

McGreg tries to clinch up against the cage, rushing in to close the distance. Lobov manages to break the clinch and circles back to the middle of the mat.
Lobov jabs. That one connects to the head of his opponent.

A head kick misses from Lobov.
Lobov throws a nice looking combination but McGreg bobs and weaves to avoid any damage.
A momentary lapse in concentration from Lobov enables McGreg to shoot in and score with a neat double leg. Lobov manages to secure a closed guard as the fighters hit the mat.
Lobov pushes McGreg off and scrambles back to his feet.
This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff!

Lobov tries to bum rush McGreg with a series of wild strikes but McGreg uses good footwork to avoid the assault.
McGreg feinted with a counter takedown.
McGreg changes levels and looks for a double leg takedown. Lobov tries to avoid it but McGreg manages to keep hold of a leg and drag Lobov to the ground. Lobov escapes though and pops straight back up to his feet.
Lobov misses with a wild combination.
McGreg is looking to counter the offense by Lobov and move into the clinch.
Lobov fakes with an overhand right and moves in to clinch with McGreg, pushing him back against the cage.
Lobov misses with a punch to the body.
McGreg prevents a takedown attempt there.
Lobov misses with a hook from the clinch.
McGreg has Lobov pressed against the cage, preventing Lobov from circling away and getting back to striking at range.
McGreg pulls guard effortlessly.

McGreg controls Lobov momentarily but Lobov frees himself.
McGreg is working the butterfly guard. He manages to land a nice scissor sweep and is now in half guard on the top. Nice move.
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.

McGreg seems like he's working for an arm triangle here. He's freed his trapped foot and he's rotating nicely. Lobov is in big trouble! He's tapping out! This one is aaaaaaaaaaaall over!
