Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between Luther Jones (ranked 432 p4p, 67 weight class) and Terje Warholm (ranked 717 p4p, 111 weight class). Jones's entrance music is One - Metallica. A fine choice. Luther Jones has the better chin. Will he look to stand and bang today?

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Warholm throws a head kick that misses and slips in the process. He scrambles back to his feet and the fighters circle.
Jones just misses with a punch to the body.
Warholm wants to counter with a clinch but Jones pushes him away.
Jones takes a head kick and keeps coming.
Warholm moves in looking to clinch but Jones pushes him off.
Jones appears to be looking for a counter takedown.
Jones shoots in for a takedown but doesn't get it.
Jones takes a body kick right on the floating rib. Ouchie.
Warholm has been working on his striking defense in training and it's paying off as Jones is landing a low percentage of strikes.
Warholm jabs Jones right on the nose. Jones blinks but takes it well.
Warholm throws a looping left and ducks down for a takedown. He's got his arms around Jones's waist but Jones gets an underhook and avoids the takedown by throwing Warholm off to one side.

Jones throws a hook to the body. More of an arm punch but it's all scoring with the judges.
Warholm digs a right hand into Jones's ribs. Those have got to be taking their toll on Jones's gas tank.

Warholm is pressed up against the cage. Jones has hold of a leg and is looking to drag Warholm down to the mat. Warholm avoids the attempt though and has circled away. We're back to striking at a distance.
Jones throws a hook but Warholm avoids it easily.

Jones tries to clinch up against the cage, rushing in to close the distance. Warholm manages to break the clinch and circles back to the middle of the mat.
The fight stays on the outside here - Warholm looks like he's thinking about clinching though.

A nice side step and Warholm releases a counter shot to the body, but it doesn't find it's home.

Jones shoots in with a lovely double leg takedown. Warholm manages to land in full guard to minimise the damage.

Jones slows down the pace of the fight for a moment. He'll need to remain active if he doesn't want to see the fight stood back up.

Jones throws a strike but Warholm rolls with it and manages to sweep. Now he's in guard on top.

There's not a lot going on here and the crowd are letting the fighters know they're not willing to tolerate a lack of action.

Terje Warholm is fighting for a decision - hopefully he's judged it right and he's actually winning the fight.

Jones throws his legs up looking to secure a triangle. Oh, that looks pretty tight, I gotta say! Warholm escapes and throws Jones's legs to the side, diving into side control!
Warholm is moving around in side control but his primary objective seems to be to maintain the position.
