Thompson scores with a hook to the body. Wesbrook takes a step back and tries to catch his breath.

and Thompson makes him pay by landing a nice hook to the body before moving out of range.

Thompson's corner calls for a 1-2. Thompson obliges with the 1 part as he scores the single shot and moves back out of range.
Wesbrook throws a body kick that misses.
Wesbrook with poor footwork there. He got himself in a bit of a tangle, enabling Thompson to score with a decent uppercut.
Wesbrook throws a chopping leg kick but Thompson manages to avoid taking any serious damage.

Thompson looks to have improved his striking defense since last time we saw him fight.
