Coming up we have a bantamweight MMA rules bout between Apidej Sit Hirun (ranked 5249 p4p, 196 weight class) and Nick Gracie Jr (ranked 5288 p4p, 198 weight class). We have two fighters making their debuts here, so let's see who comes out of this one with their first professional victory.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the bantamweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of
0 - 0 - 0, fighting out of The Island, Apidej Sit Hirun! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of
0 - 0 - 0, fighting out of The Island, Nick Gracie Jr! The judges for this bout are David Hoff, Winston Alpacca and Peter Branson.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Sit Hirun instigates a clinch. A real battle for position is taking place between these two warriors. Sit Hirun presses Gracie Jr against the cage and delivers a mid-strength body shot. A short body shot lands from Sit Hirun as the two fighters clinch.
Sit Hirun breaks the clinch and we return to the middle of the mat. Sit Hirun scores with a jab to the jaw of his opponent. Gracie Jr misses with a hook to the body
and Sit Hirun counters with a nice uppercut.
It looks like Nick Gracie Jr has been cut. Gracie Jr swings for the body but Sit Hirun moves out of range.
Sit Hirun misses with a body shot. Nice footwork from Gracie Jr.
And Gracie Jr tries to counter it with a takedown but Sit Hirun pushes his down on his head and steps out. We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up. Sit Hirun with a body punch. A glancing blow. Nice cross by Sit Hirun. Sit Hirun connects with a lovely jab that went straight through the gap between Gracie Jr's hands. We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out! Sit Hirun throws a shot to the body.
Apidej Sit Hirun seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
That's one minute gone in the round. Gracie Jr missing with a left hand there. Sit Hirun was out of range so wasted energy throwing that one. Sit Hirun lands a jab to the nose. Gracie Jr misses with a looping right. Sit Hirun just misses with a punch to the body.
A looping hook to the body misses from Gracie Jr. Sit Hirun does a little dance to reset his feet. Sit Hirun is looking to counter with a shot to the body. Sit Hirun misses with a wild body shot. Gracie Jr takes a really solid shot there but just smiles back and shrugs his shoulders.
Sit Hirun scores with a jab. Sit Hirun connects with a right hand. Gracie Jr shakes it off.
Gracie Jr is rocked! Gracie Jr misses with a wild body shot. Gracie Jr loads up on a big right hand but Sit Hirun slips the punch. Apidej Sit Hirun is looking to keep the fight on the feet at all costs.
That's two minutes gone in the round. Sit Hirun lands a left and a right that send Gracie Jr crashing to the mat, dazed. Sit Hirun thinks about following him to the mat but decides to wave him back up to his feet! Gracie Jr is still on wobbly legs! Can Sit Hirun finish him? The crowd cheering loudly, showing their appreciation for the quality fight we're seeing here. A big left from Gracie Jr misses. Sit Hirun feints and then winds up with a huge right hand that connects perfectly and sends Gracie Jr sprawling to the canvas! Gracie Jr rolls over backwards and springs off the cage and manages to regain his footing - how acrobatic! Oh, he's still wobbly - can Sit Hirun finish him?!
BOOM! Sit Hirun lands a beautiful left hook that drops Gracie Jr. Gracie Jr tries to recover but Sit Hirun is having none of it, landing more punishing shots from mount. One final crushing shot and Gracie Jr lies motionless on the canvas. The fight is over!
Ladies and gentlemen, after 2:19 of round 1, we have a winner by way of TKO (Strikes). Apidej Sit Hirun! After the fight, Apidej Sit Hirun was humble in paying tribute to his opponent but made it clear he wants to go on to bigger and better things. It seemed to go down well with the crowd who cheered him loudly.
