And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 8 - 10 - 0, fighting out of Tokyo, Gilberto Chamba!
The judges for this bout are Anthony Taglia, David Schapiro and Eddie Farnsworth.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Chamba throws the left hand but Meyer avoids the punch easily.
Chamba lets the fists fly and connects with a left straight followed by a right hook.
Meyer looks to have improved his striking defense since last time we saw him fight.
Chamba tries to work over Meyer's front leg with a kick but Meyer checks it.
Chamba throws the kick towards the body but Meyer avoids it.

Chamba has managed to clinch.
A short uppercut from Chamba.
Chamba has Meyer pressed against the cage, preventing Meyer from circling away and getting back to striking at range.
Chamba comes over the top with an elbow. That landed flush.

It looks like Oscar Meyer has been cut.
Chamba misses with a short punch on the inside.
Meyer is trying to force a seperation but Chamba has the dominant position.

Meyer pushes off and circles away, back to the middle of the mat.
Chamba swings wildly with a hook that is half blocked by Meyer.
Chamba misses with a looping right.
Chamba lands a jab to the head.
The crowd cheering loudly, showing their appreciation for the quality fight we're seeing here.
Chamba uses good footwork to get in and out, landing a nice hook.

Meyer is rocked!
A chopping leg kick lands by Chamba.
Oh Meyer is still all over the place! His legs are completely gone! Will he be able to recover?!!
Chamba throws a shot to the body.
Meyer seems to have got his legs back now.
Meyer defending well as Chamba loads up on a big left hand.

Chamba connects with a body shot.
Chamba misses with a half-hearted attempt at a head kick.
Chamba wants to clinch
and Meyer counters with a three punch combination, finished off with a leg kick. Nice work.
Meyer walks straight into an uppercut. Luckily it didn't land flush.
Meyer throws a combination but comes up with nothing but fresh air.

Chamba sends Meyer crashing to the mat with a devastating uppercut! Chamba is motioning to the referee to let Meyer up. He wants to try and finish this one on the feet!
We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out!
Meyer lunges in with swinging rights and lefts but Chamba circles away quickly and effectively.

It looks like Gilberto Chamba has been cut.
Gilberto Chamba seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Chamba and Meyer are patiently standing in front of each other looking for an opening. Chamba throws a head kick. It's landed, knocking Meyer into next week! Ooooh that was huge! Chamba knows it - he's on the cage flexing is biceps. That's a bit weird considering he won by kick but whatever.
