Reckta comes to the cage accompanied by Bring The Pain. Norgaard has chosen Hestevisen as his entrance music. Rza Reckta has the edge in experience - let's see if he can make that count tonight.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the middleweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 4 - 0 - 1, fighting out of Las Vegas, Morten Norgaard!
The judges for this bout are Alan Glass, Robert Twigg and Cecil Peabody.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Norgaard tries to land a leg kick but Reckta saw it coming and moves away.
Norgaard tries to close the distance and clinch but Reckta swats him to one side with an open hand palm strike and circles away.
An inside leg kick from Norgaard misses.
Norgaard tries to clinch up.
Oooooooooooh, not good. A low kick from Norgaard lands where it shouldn't have, right in the... well, you know what he did? He kicked him in the penis. He's injured, injured bad. The referee sends both fighters to their corners and Reckta has 5 minutes to recover. He's OK now though... a thumbs up from Reckta and we're back underway with a touch of gloves.
Norgaard lands a two punch combo.
Reckta shoots in with a takedown attempt and he has Norgaard pinned against the cage. Norgaard gets the underhooks and manages to circle away.
Reckta gets his head snapped back by a nice shot there.

Reckta shoots for a double leg takedown but Norgaard sprawls well. He's pushed Reckta's face into the mat and manages to get back to his feet relatively easily.
Reckta steps to the side to avoid the strikes from Norgaard.

Morten Norgaard seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.

Norgaard throws a solid leg kick but Reckta takes the impact on his shin and smiles at Norgaard.
Norgaard will need to close the distance a bit before he attacks - that leg kick was thrown from too far away.

Reckta feints and then dives in with a takedown. That was a long way out but the feint bought him enough time to close the distance and complete the takedown. Now we'll play guard for a bit and see who can get the better of that position.

Reckta drops back looking for a leg! Norgaard is in trouble here! The fighters roll with the hold and Norgaard manages to kick Reckta off! Reckta jumps back into Norgaard's guard.

Reckta drops back for a leg but he's not going to get it - he lets go and Norgaard dives on top into guard.

Norgaard wants to lay and pray for a moment but Reckta keeps working.

Norgaard has knee on belly and now moves to full mount! Trouble for Reckta!
Norgaard really doesn't want to stay on the ground with Reckta. If he can't get it back to his feet, it's only a matter of time before he'll be tapping out.

Reckta tries to lock up and control but Norgaard gives him a forearm to the face and pushes him away.

Norgaard looks like he's working for a submission but he's not found anything just yet.

Norgaard is real pain and he's forced to tap out! Norgaard is disgusted with himself for not defending it better but Reckta couldn't care less - he's delighted!
