Coming up we have a bantamweight MMA rules bout between Wamberto Boaz (ranked 97 p4p, 4 weight class) and Evgeni Lomachenko (ranked 431 p4p, 16 weight class). Boaz comes into the arena with Preciso me encontrar blaring out of the sound system. Over to our ring announcer for the fighter introductions!

Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

The judges for this bout are Dean Styles, Steve Montenegro and Lou da Vinci.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Boaz steps to the side to avoid the strikes from Lomachenko.

Boaz fakes high and swings low for a body shot but Lomachenko manages to avoid it.

Lomachenko shoots in looking for a takedown. Boaz tries to sprawl out of it but Lomachenko keeps driving through. The fighters are pinned against the cage. Boaz manages to get underhooks and after a bit of a struggle, circles away and we're back to standing.

The two fighters exchange a few words. I couldn't hear what they were saying but maybe it's more fun if you make it up yourself. Lomachenko connects with a nice short shot to Boaz's temple.
Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd.
