Coming up we have a lightweight MMA rules bout between Blaine Salazar (ranked 5317 p4p, 0 weight class) and Tyler Jones (ranked 3311 p4p, 0 weight class). The key to victory for Blaine Salazar has got to be keeping the fight on the feet.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

Jones closes the distance and clinches up, looking for a takedown. He shifts his weight and gets a nice trip into half guard.

Well. There's a bit of a lull in the action here and the crowd are starting to get restless.

The crowd are showing their displeasure at the lack of action as loud boos ring out around the arena.

The corners get their ten second warning. Both fighters stand from their stools and stare eachother down, ready to get back to the action. This is the final round!

A momentary lapse in concentration from Salazar enables Jones to shoot in and score with a neat double leg. Salazar manages to secure a closed guard as the fighters hit the mat.

Salazar has scooted to the edge of the canvas and used the cage to get back to his feet. Jones has stuck on his opponent and is forcing him back against the cage.
