The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Carsara looks to score with a combo but nothing lands.
Carsara throws a left that rocks Grimdal and follows with a right that sends him tumbling to the canvas! Carsara dives into side control, looking to finish! Can Grimdal regain composure!
Grimdal is rocked!
It looks like Reggie Grimdal has been cut.
Carsara decides to stand up, so the ref orders Grimdal to his feet.
Grimdal is still on wobbly legs! Can Carsara finish him?
We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out!
Carsara misses with a jab, cross combination.
Carsara lands a big shot that drops Grimdal! Can he finish him?
Carsara stands up and waves to Grimdal to follow him.

OH! Grimdal has been rocked by a huge right hand and is in deep trouble! Carsara smells blood and charges in for the finish! Carsara unloads a vicious overhand right and connects to the jaw of Grimdal sending him face first to the canvas! Unbelievable!

Fausto Carsara decided to go for the less than humble approach in his post fight interview, telling everyone how he is going to conquer the world. The crowd seemed to like it when really that sort of approach could have gone either way.
