Coming up we have a featherweight MMA rules bout between Magnus Pulmber (ranked 8110 p4p, 440 weight class) and Robert Hongo (ranked 7696 p4p, 426 weight class). Both fighters look fresh as a daisy as they make their way towards the cage.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the featherweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of
1 - 3 - 1, fighting out of St Petersburg, Magnus Pulmber! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of
5 - 2 - 1, fighting out of St Petersburg, Robert Hongo! The judges for this bout are Igor Prikhodko, Konstantin Menshow and Valeri Chadov.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Pulmber shoots in with a takedown attempt and he has Hongo pinned against the cage. Hongo gets the underhooks and manages to circle away. Pulmber wants to clinch and Hongo counters with a shoot takedown into half guard. Hongo is trying a forearm choke… I don't think that's going to do much at this level of the game.

That's one minute gone in the round. We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up. Pulmber wants to improve his position but Hongo is controlling well.
Hongo thows a huge punch but Pulmber dodges it nicely.
Pulmber wants to get back to his feet. Hongo is working for an americana but Pulmber has been sneaky and has managed to get back to half guard, whilst Hongo was thinking about the submission. Pulmber trying to control the position.
That's two minutes gone in the round. The crowd are hurling abuse towards the fighters... You can hardly blame them though because there isn't a lot going on in the fight. Pulmber wants to stand up but Hongo is controlling him.
The referee has decided to stand the fighters back up, so we'll restart on the feet. Pulmber shoots in for a double leg but Hongo sprawls well. That's going to sap some energy. Hongo tries a counter takedown but it's more of a dummy move, and he uses it to push himself away. Pulmber rushes forward with a series of wild hooks but Hongo moves out of range and avoids them all easily. Pulmber misses with a takedown attempt - Hongo sprawls well and throws a nice strike on the way out which just misses. That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for Magnus Pulmber. That's going to take a lot out of him. Pulmber lands a slapping body shot.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Pulmber thows a leg kick but Hongo checks it and Hongo counters with a takedown into side control. Pulmber tries to wriggle free to get back to his feet but he's given up his back! Oops. Pulmber defends a rear naked choke attempt by controlling one of Hongo's arms. Pulmber tries to escape the position.
Pulmber wants to control his opponent's hands but Hongo gets his hands free.
That's four minutes gone in the round. Hongo is working for the choke. It looks like he might have got it... has he...? Yes! Pulmber is tapping out! This one is all over!
