Coming up we have a middleweight MMA rules bout between Roman Divac (ranked 337 p4p, 50 weight class) and Tiago Gomes Da Rocha (ranked 334 p4p, 49 weight class). Divac kept the crowd waiting but all that was forgotten when his ring entrance music started. The incomparable musical genius that is Nas- Do you hate me now. 13 - 5 - 0, fighting out of Helsinki, Tiago Gomes Da Rocha! The judges for this bout are Reed Andrews, John Kavanagh and Eddie Farnsworth.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Da Rocha has taken the fight to the clinch.
A frustrated look appears on Divac's face as he tries to break the clinch. Da Rocha blocks a couple of punches on the inside.
Divac tries a shoulder strike but it doesn't do any damage. A hook to the body from Da Rocha.

Da Rocha jumps guard but his hands slip and he falls flat on his back. Well, he's made himself look a right mug there, as Divac walks away with a smile on his face. Da Rocha gets slowly back to his feet and shakes his head. A swing and a miss from Da Rocha. Divac misses with a left hand and Da Rocha counters with a good right hand that lands right on the jaw. Divac throws a lazy uppercut
and Da Rocha counters with a quick right hand to the jaw.
It looks like Roman Divac has been cut. Da Rocha misses with a series of wild punches.
An attempted straight right counter from Divac misses the target. We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up. Divac misses the jab. Divac swings wildly with a couple of big hooks
and Da Rocha counters with a nice body shot. Divac misses with a hook. Roman Divac seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
That's one minute gone in the round. Da Rocha throws a jab to the body, straight down the pipe. Boom. That sent Divac stumbling backwards but he manages to regain his composure quickly. Da Rocha throws a poor cross that misses
and Divac counters with a crisp hook to the side of the head. A big left from Divac misses. Divac throws a wild combination but nothing lands. Divac tries to land with a swinging hook to the body but Da Rocha was well out of range. Poor timing from Divac. Da Rocha steps in looking to clinch after the strikes miss from Divac. Divac throws a poor cross that misses
and Da Rocha counters with a left and a right that stings Divac. Divac misses the shot to the body. Da Rocha has been spending a lot of time sparring his boxing in the run up to the fight, trying to sharpen up those hands and look for a knockout. Da Rocha keeping a good distance there, avoiding the body shot.
Divac throws a poor cross that misses
and Divac takes a counter punch right on the button for his troubles. Divac slips a straight right by Da Rocha. Divac takes a swing at Da Rocha's ribcage but misses.
That's two minutes gone in the round. Divac connects with a looping left hand that seems like it dazed Da Rocha momentarily.
The crowd cheering loudly, showing their appreciation for the quality fight we're seeing here. Da Rocha uses good head movement to avoid the hook from Divac. Da Rocha takes one on the chin but keeps coming.

and Divac scores with a counter punch that sends Da Rocha to the canvas! Divac smells blood - he's punishing Da Rocha with more strikes and the ref has stopped it! Da Rocha has no idea where he is - he's tackled the ref... oh dear, poor guy, the crowd is in hysterics!
