Coming up we have a lightweight MMA rules bout between Kai Kealoha (ranked 4335 p4p, 440 weight class) and Daryl Orozco (ranked 4775 p4p, 463 weight class). Both fighters look fresh as a daisy as they make their way towards the cage.

1 - 3 - 0, fighting out of The Island, Daryl Orozco! The judges for this bout are Michael Johnstone, Winston Alpacca and Dirk Anderson.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Kealoha thows a left - swing and a miss! Nice uppercut there from Kealoha. Kealoha connects with a looping right hand.
Kealoha fakes a head punch and goes low to the body. Nicely done. Kealoha lands a jab-cross combination. Kealoha misses with a telegraphed body shot
and Orozco decides to take the opportunity to score a takedown. He's landed in Kealoha's guard. We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out! Orozco postures up to throw the ground and pound strikes but they don't connect. Orozco working some ground and pound from guard but it's not doing any damage. A big thud reverberates around the arena there as Orozco accidentally thumps the mat. Hopefully he's not broken his hand. Kealoha has momentary wrist control but Orozco slips an elbow through the middle. Orozco showing good wrestling skills to control the position. Orozco changes levels for a counter takedown but doesn't follow through with his attempt. Kealoha cracks Orozco with a nice right hand that draws applause from the crowd. A looping hook to the body misses from Kealoha. Orozco does a little dance to reset his feet. We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up. Kealoha misses with a combination
and Orozco counters with a takedown into side control. The crowd are loving this. Great action here. Orozco working the ground and pound but he's contacting the mat, not the fighter. Orozco tries for a kimura but Kealoha is defending well. Kealoha looks to be in better condition than last time we saw him fight. Obviously he's been working hard on his cardio.

Orozco looks up at the clock and then as Kealoha takes his cue and looks up at the clock too, Orozco smacks him right in the chops with a big elbow! How rude!
Orozco wants to control but Kealoha is keeping him busy. Orozco moving around in side mount but really he's just happy to control for now. Kealoha is trying to get back to half guard.

Kealoha is rocked! Orozco is maintaining the dominant position - no doubt Kealoha will start to get frustrated soon if he's not already. Oh Kealoha is still in real trouble! Will he be able to recover?!! Orozco lands a knee to the body and follows it up with some ground and pound to the head. That will wear Kealoha down.
Both fighters are absolutely exhausted here. Orozco cracks Kealoha with a big elbow. Oh, he's hurt! Orozco immediately mounts and start dropping bombs! Kealoha is done! The referee jumps in and saves him from any more punishment - a quick and decisive finish by Orozco!
