Coming up we have a super heavyweight MMA rules bout between Boon Wrecking Ball (ranked 3027 p4p, 71 weight class) and Toni Eerkilaa (ranked 3442 p4p, 115 weight class). Eerkilaa has chosen Welcome People as his entrance music. Toni Eerkilaa has the better chin. Will he look to stand and bang today?

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the super heavyweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of
8 - 5 - 0, fighting out of Las Vegas, Boon Wrecking Ball! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of
32 - 24 - 0, fighting out of London, Toni Eerkilaa! The judges for this bout are Reed Andrews, Anthony Taglia and David Schapiro.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Wrecking Ball slips a jab from Eerkilaa. The fighters circle momentarily. Eerkilaa darts into range and connects with a nice straight punch. Wrecking Ball misses with a takedown attempt. He shot from a bit too far out. Eerkilaa throws a head kick that misses and slips in the process. He scrambles back to his feet and the fighters circle. Eerkilaa misses with a jab and misses with a cross straight after too.
Wrecking Ball displays some good footwork, moving neatly out of range as Eerkilaa throws out the jab. Wrecking Ball throws a series of punches but Eerkilaa moves out of range. And an attempted straight right on the counter from Eerkilaa! But no joy. Wrecking Ball uses decent footwork to sidestep a right hand from Eerkilaa. A telegraphed right hand from Eerkilaa misses the target. Eerkilaa throws a right hand that misses
and Wrecking Ball counters with a takedown into side control. We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out! Eerkilaa is looking to work his way out of this bad position but Wrecking Ball is controlling him well. We get told so often about how wrestlers don't like to be on their backs. Let's see if Eerkilaa can do anything to dispel that myth. Eerkilaa takes an elbow right on the bridge of the nose and winces in pain.
Check out the look on Wrecking Ball's face as he threw that strike - that's one determined fighter!
That's one minute gone in the round. Wrecking Ball creates a bit of distance and throws down some hard shots. Wrecking Ball is chipping away with strikes.
Eerkilaa stops Wrecking Ball from passing to mount. Wrecking Ball in side control, trying to ground and pound but not landing this time. Wrecking Ball tries to land with some ground and pound but misses. Eerkilaa avoids any damage from the ground and pound of Wrecking Ball. Wrecking Ball landing strikes. Wrecking Ball has improved his flexibility recently so we will have to see if he can use that to his advantage. Eerkilaa managing to avoid any damage from the strikes thrown by Wrecking Ball.
Wrecking Ball tries to land with some ground and pound but misses. Wrecking Ball taking a break here but Eerkilaa is having none of it and regains half guard.
That's two minutes gone in the round. Eerkilaa keeping his head moving to avoid the ground and pound. Wrecking Ball takes advantage of the dominant position to land a couple of big hammer fists.
Eerkilaa is rocked! Wrecking Ball is keen to just control but Eerkilaa is a slippery customer. Eerkilaa is defending against the submission attempts here by Wrecking Ball.
Wrecking Ball throwing shots but Eerkilaa is blocking nicely. Wrecking Ball thows a huge punch but Eerkilaa dodges it nicely.
Wrecking Ball missing with some ground and pound from the half guard. Wrecking Ball winds up and cracks Eerkilaa with a swinging punch to the side of the head.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Wrecking Ball scores with a big shot! Eerkilaa's head bounced off the canvas with a huge thud! More strikes land and the referee has jumped in to save Eerkilaa! He was hurt real bad - good stoppage!
Ladies and gentlemen, after 3:21 of round 1, we have a winner by way of TKO (Strikes). Boon Wrecking Ball! Boon Wrecking Ball very nearly forgot to thank Urban Fighter amongst all the excitement of his win but just as the interview came to a close, he screamed their name. Hopefully he'll get a few nice freebies in the mail as a thank you.
