Coming up we have a middleweight MMA rules bout between Kevin Kelly (ranked 4238 p4p, 0 weight class) and Troy Nunes (ranked 5383 p4p, 0 weight class). Troy Nunes will no doubt be looking to use his reach advantage to good effect.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the middleweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of
2 - 0 - 0, fighting out of New York, Kevin Kelly ! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of
0 - 0 - 0, fighting out of New York, Troy Nunes! The judges for this bout are Lou da Vinci, Dean Styles and Eddie Farnsworth.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Nunes clinches. Kelly looks exhausted already! Oh dear, he should have come in in better shape than this! Kelly is trying to break the clinch but Nunes is controlling him. Nunes is working for a takedown up against the cage. He can't get it on this occasion though. Kelly swings away with an uppercut that misses.
Nunes wants to take the fight to the mat but Kelly manages to get underhooks and keep the fight in the clinch. Nunes jumps guard but Kelly stands there with Nunes around his waist. Nunes gives up and drops back to his feet. We remain in the clinch.
Kevin Kelly has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Troy Nunes. Kelly fails to pull the fight into his guard.
Kelly is working on a leg, looking for a takedown but Nunes is defending well. Kelly is defending well against a takedown attempt. We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up. Kelly can't get the takedown.

Nunes is struggling to control the position. Kelly blocks a knee to the body. He'll have a nicely bruised forearm in the morning.
That's one minute gone in the round. Nunes's corner calls for him to break the clinch, which he does. Nunes swinging wildly here.
Kelly closes the distance but Nunes moves to the side and Nunes counters with a three punch combo that has Kelly backing up. Kelly nods at Nunes to acknowledge the strikes. Nunes shoots for a double leg takedown but Kelly sprawls well. He's pushed Nunes's face into the mat and manages to get back to his feet relatively easily. Kelly is looking to counter the offense by Nunes and move into the clinch. Nunes looks frustrated there after his takedown attempt is stuffed easily. Kelly stuffs the takedown attempt from Nunes. Nunes gets slowly back to his feet.
That's two minutes gone in the round. Kelly fails to land with the punch combination there - jab, cross, hook, miss, miss, miss.
Nunes drops down and drives through with a powerful takedown into guard. Kelly trying to punch from his back but it's not doing any damage. Nunes is stalling in the full guard. Nunes is trying to work a guillotine from the top, or something like that? Don't know how he thinks he's going to get a finish from there. Kelly definitely looks more muscular than last time we saw him fight. Kelly wants to sweep here but Nunes controlling him for the moment.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Kelly not looking particularly offensive just at the moment.
Nunes stands up from guard. Let's bang! Nunes fails with the takedown. Nunes shoots in for a takedown. He's persisting with it as Kelly sprawls well. Kelly wins this battle and keeps the fight standing. Nunes gets slowly back to his feet. Nunes misses with a series of wild punches.
Kelly attempts a counter takedown but Nunes avoids it well and moves away.
That's four minutes gone in the round. Well. There's a bit of a lull in the action here and the crowd are starting to get restless. Nunes clinches. Nunes's corner calls for him to break the clinch, which he does. Kelly leaves Nunes with his face pressed against the mat as he sprawls beautifully, defending against a solid takedown attempt. Nunes scores a trip takedown into side control. Nice. Nunes remains in side control and seems content to stay there. It's a versatile position from which he can work both strikes and submissions, whilst maintaining that control, so maybe he'll sit here for a while. The crowd thankful this round is nearly over. Nunes is trying to get an arm triangle but Kelly is defending well. And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.

Nunes throws a looping left and ducks down for a takedown. He's got his arms around Kelly 's waist but Kelly gets an underhook and avoids the takedown by throwing Nunes off to one side. Kelly was looking to counter that move with a punch but didn't quite pull the trigger. Nunes fails to land the takedown. As Nunes looks to move away, Kelly throws a big counter combo but Nunes just gets out of the way. Nunes clinches. Kelly successfully pulls guard.
Nunes is stalling in the full guard. Nunes really doesn't want to stay on the ground with Kelly . If he can't get it back to his feet, it's only a matter of time before he'll be tapping out. Kelly is working from a closed guard but he's struggling to control his opponent. We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up. Kelly looking for a guillotine here but Nunes defends easily.
Both fighters are absolutely exhausted here.
That's one minute gone in the round. Nunes sitting in guard here, content to control. Nunes's corner are shouting for him to control the position and he seems happy to oblige. Nunes has been the more effective fighter overall so far.
That's two minutes gone in the round. The crowd are showing their displeasure at the lack of action as loud boos ring out around the arena. Kelly looking for a guillotine here but Nunes defends easily.
The referee decides to stand the fighters back up. Kevin Kelly is looking to throw some combinations by the looks of things. Kelly takes a body punch that cleary hurt but he's trying not to show any weakness. Nunes shoots in and drives through. Kelly sprawls well. Kevin Kelly has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Troy Nunes. Nunes moves into the clinch. Nunes drops down for a takedown but doesn't get it.
Nunes escapes the clinch and we're back to striking.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Nunes tries for a takedown but Kelly sees it coming a mile off and avoids it easily. A telegraphed takedown attempt from Nunes is defended easily by Kelly . Nunes shoots for a double leg takedown but Kelly sprawls well. He's pushed Nunes's face into the mat and manages to get back to his feet relatively easily. Kelly tries to shoot in for a takedown. He's got hold of a leg but Nunes swivels and escapes. Nunes moves into range and throws a lovely three punch combination. Kelly slips a jab and a cross from Nunes.

Well, he's not going to score with shots like that. A lazy body kick attempt from Kelly . Nunes wants to counter the offense by Kelly and move into the clinch position.
That's four minutes gone in the round. Nunes fakes high and shoots in for a takedown but Kelly avoids it really well and circles away. Nunes misses with a takedown attempt - Kelly sprawls well and throws a nice strike on the way out which just misses. Nunes fails with an attempt to clinch.
Kelly wants to clinch. Kelly sets himself, and Nunes steps forward looking for the clinch! Kelly avoids it this time. Boooooooooooooooooooo!!! God, this has been a terrible round. Come on you two, sort yourselves out! Nunes misses with a head kick.
And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.
That was a close second round but I would say that Kevin Kelly will probably get the nod. Well, the break between rounds is over. Let's get back to the scrappin! Let's get this one finished - here comes the final round!
Nunes shoots in but Kelly avoids the takedown attempt easily. Kelly closes the distance and clinches. Kelly is trying to slow down the pace of the fight but Nunes is keeping busy. Kelly tries to pull guard but Nunes won't allow it.

That's one minute gone in the round. Nunes is working the butterfly guard. He manages to land a nice scissor sweep and is now in half guard on the top. Nice move.
Kelly might be looking to lock onto one of his opponent's long limbs for a submission, whilst we're on the ground. Kelly is trying to maintain the position but Nunes is very close to passing his half guard. Nunes thows a wild elbow that connects with the canvas. Troy Nunes has got the better of the ground game so far. Nunes is looking for an arm triangle, whilst trying to pass to side control. Kelly doesn't seem that keen to cooperate though. No luck this time Nunes. Kelly looks like he's trying to stand up.

That's three minutes gone in the round. Nunes is looking to pass the guard... He's managed it - he's now in full mount! Kelly is trying to stand up. Nunes controlling his opponent. Kelly can't escape the position.
Nunes controlling the pace for now. The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing. Nunes trying to control but Kelly is having none of it.
That's four minutes gone in the round. Nunes blocks Kelly 's feeble attempts to strike from the bottom. Nunes looking for a guillotine from mount but Kelly is having none of it. Nunes has hold of Kelly 's left arm, perhaps looking for a submission. The two fighters tussle over control of the isolated limb and Kelly manages to get his arm back to his side and away from danger.
Boooooooooooooooooooo!!! God, this has been a terrible round. Come on you two, sort yourselves out! Nunes is going oldschool here, as he tries to force Kelly to tap using a forearm choke. This isn't 1993 though, so Kelly shrugs it off.
And that's the end of the fight! Troy Nunes comfortably won the final round on my scorecard. I think Nunes has won this one but let's see whether the judges agree with me. Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.
