The crowd seem to be enjoying da Silva's choice of entrance music: Nightrain - Guns N' Roses. Joao da Silva has the power to score a knockout today if he connects clean with Gustav Swift's chin.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
da Silva is looking to clinch but Swift is avoiding it.
da Silva should think about turning a few of those tyres round his middle into muscle if he wants people to take him seriously as an athlete.
da Silva shoots in with a takedown attempt and he has Swift pinned against the cage. Swift gets the underhooks and manages to circle away.

Swift looks for the body kick but da Silva saw that one coming.

Swift is moving around in side control but his primary objective seems to be to maintain the position.
