Coming up we have a heavyweight MMA rules bout between Jonny Lipton (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Jacob Leijon (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Lipton comes to the cage accompanied by Scorpions - No One Like You. I'm sure you'll be fascinated to know that I was talking to some pointless Z list celebrity before the fight and he thought that Jacob Leijon was going to win. Let's see if he was right.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Lipton takes a push kick to the midsection and stumbles backwards.
Lipton looks exhausted already! Oh dear, he should have come in in better shape than this!

The fans in attendance giving it up for the two fighters, who have really let it all hang out in the last minute or so!
Leijon explodes with a nice body kick and back out of range. Nice work.
Leijon scores with a sloppy right hand. Lipton should have avoided that one.
Leijon tries to clinch up but Lipton circles away and keeps his distance.
Leijon instigates a clinch.
Lipton lands a takedown into guard.
Leijon is looking to get back to his feet but can't, whilst Lipton is controlling him.
Leijon had isolated an arm as going for an omaplata. Lipton is defending the submission well but is in a very vulnerable position. Leijon Is leaning forward trying to finish the omaplata but decides to abandon it, and take Lipton's back instead.
Leijon is a painfully thin specimen of a man. You do wonder whether a good body kick would snap him clean in two.
Leijon misses with an elbow to the head.
Leijon keeps control of the position as Lipton tries to break free.
Lipton breaks Leijon's hooks off and manages to turn into his guard.

Neither fighter is doing enough for the referee's liking and he's decided to stand them back up.

Leijon swats away the attempt to clinch by Lipton.
Lipton on the receiving end of a decent leg kick there by Leijon. Leijon obviously looking to wear him down.
Lipton clinches up with Leijon and pushes him back against the cage.
Leijon wants to get back to striking at distance but Lipton won't allow it.
Lipton successfully pulls guard.
Leijon wanted to stand there but Lipton had control of the position.
A real slowdown in the pace of the fight for a moment, as Lipton holds on and takes a little breather.
Leijon really doesn't want to stay on the ground with Lipton. If he can't get it back to his feet, it's only a matter of time before he'll be tapping out.
Lipton wriggles free and stands up.
Leijon thuds his shin into the meat of Lipton's side.
Leijon throws a leg kick which misses Lipton's front leg but catches the back leg as Lipton tries to avoid it.
Both fighters circling a little - Leijon finishes the exchange with a kick to the body.
Lipton looking for a takedown here - he's got it.
Leijon looking for submissions from the bottom here. Moving his hips around, possibly looking for an armbar.
Leijon is working actively off his back, looking to secure an arm or perhaps work for a triangle.
Leijon has butterfly guard. He's looking to stand up here. He pushes Lipton off him and springs to his feet nicely. The crowd applauds.

This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff!

Leijon connects with a stiff jab that staggers Lipton - oh and he follows up with a huge uppercut that knocks him out cold! Man, that was brutal!
