The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Tarczynski catches Koko with a nice straight right. He seems pissed - ooooh, it's on now! On like donkey kong!
Koko cracks Tarczynski with a nice right hand that draws applause from the crowd.
It looks like Karol Tarczynski has been cut.
Tarczynski misses the jab.
Tarczynski has been working on his boxing with his coaches at Roosters Coop in the buildup to the fight.
Koko displays some good footwork, moving neatly out of range as Tarczynski throws out the jab.
Koko is pinned up against the cage taking some big shots here. The referee is looking closely deciding whether he should stop the fight.
A telegraphed right hand from Koko misses the target.
Koko looks to land a right hand but Tarczynski moved out of range.
Koko lands a big head kick that sends Tarczynski tumbling to the mat! Koko takes a step backwards and waves Tarczynski back to his feet - he wants the finish!
Tarczynski is rocked!
We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out!
Koko throws a lazy uppercut
enabling Tarczynski to counter with a crisp jab.
Koko misses with a straight right.
Tarczynski tries to counter by moving into the clinch but Koko manages to circle out of the way.
Tarczynski connects with a single shot there.
Koko throws a monster overhand right that drops Tarczynski! Koko follows up with more strikes from mount and the fight is all over!
Ladies and gentlemen, after 0:41 of round 1, we have a winner by way of TKO (Strikes). Michael Koko! Michael Koko retains his light heavyweight title!
