Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the lightweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of

The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Kempmen tries to clinch there but Junior circles away.
Horrible takedown by Kempmen or perhaps it was just good defense by Junior which made him look bad. Kempmen fails with a rather predictable takedown attempt. Kempmen misses with a jab and misses with a cross straight after too.
Kempmen shoots in and gets a takedown into half guard. Kempmen showed some decent athleticism there. Junior is trying to stand up here but Kempmen is controlling him well. Kempmen working over Junior with some ground and pound. Junior looks like he wants out of this position, which is understandable. Junior is trying to stand back up but Kempmen is controlling him
Kempmen escapes and gets back to his feet. Kempmen shoots for a double leg takedown but Junior sprawls well. He's pushed Kempmen's face into the mat and manages to get back to his feet relatively easily. Everaldo Junior has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Costas Kempmen. Kempmen tries to check the leg kick but that clearly hurt him. Junior lands a head kick. Kempmen smiles back at him and beckons him forward. Kempmen fails with the takedown. Junior closes the distance and clinches.
That's one minute gone in the round. Junior tries to break the clinch but Kempmen is controlling the position. Kempmen wants to break free. God knows he wants to breaaaak freeee. Kempmen tries to clinch up and Junior counters with a kick to the head that grazes his opponent. Kempmen is lucky that one didn't land flush. Kempmen fails with a rather predictable takedown attempt. Junior fakes with a right hand and throws a good leg kick, right into the thigh. That had to hurt Kempmen. Junior gets in close and instigates a clinch. Junior wants to break the clinch but can't.

Junior keeps control of Kempmen as he tries to wriggle out of the double underhooks. Junior unloads a knee to the mid-section. Kempmen lets out a prehistoric sounding urrrrgh.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Kempmen is trying to work out of this bad position, with his back against the cage. Junior connects with a knee to the head.

Kempmen's corner calls for him to break the clinch, which he does. Junior throws a wild combination but nothing lands. Kempmen fails to land with the punch combination there - jab, cross, hook, miss, miss, miss.
Junior connects with a leg kick. He turned his hip over nicely there. Kempmen shoots for a takedown but Junior saw that one coming a mile off and avoided it easily. Kempmen fails with the takedown. Junior connects with a body shot. Kempmen just misses with a punch to the body.
That's four minutes gone in the round. There's not a lot going on here and the crowd are letting the fighters know they're not willing to tolerate a lack of action. Junior throws a sloppy head kick and Kempmen moves out of range easily. Kempmen throws a lazy head kick and Junior counters with a kick to the head that grazes his opponent. Kempmen is lucky that one didn't land flush. Junior thuds a mid kick into his opponent's body. That will wear on Kempmen if he has to take too many more of those.

Junior scores with a spinning back kick! Junior takes a step back and watches a body kick go sailing past his mid section.
Kempmen has a takedown stuffed. Junior circles away from the clinch attempt.
That's a knee to de groin and it's over and out! Kempmen crumples to the ground after an illegal strike from Junior - the referee stops the clock and Kempmen gets 5 minutes to recover from that one. "I'm sorry" says Junior. Kempmen manages to get back to his feet and the fight resumes. Junior blocks a head kick by Kempmen.
A good leg kick by Junior. Junior lands with a nice low kick. That'll leave a bruise. Junior pushes Kempmen away with a front kick. Some wild striking there from Kempmen.
Junior throws a right and a left that both miss. And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.

Junior tries a switch kick but it misses it's target. Everaldo Junior is looking to throw some combinations by the looks of things. Kempmen throws a lazy body kick and Junior counters with a nice body kick. Kempmen shoots in for a takedown. "Ole!" shouts Junior as he jumps to the side. Kempmen shoots in for a takedown but doesn't get it. Junior throws a head kick that misses. Junior lands a head kick. Kempmen smiles back at him and beckons him forward. Kempmen shrugs as if to say "is that all you've got?" We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up. Junior clinches. Junior connects with a knee to the head.

Kempmen shoots in for a takedown! He's got it and he's managed to land in full mount! That's better than Kempmen was expecting from the takedown attempt, I'm sure! You get the feeling that Junior really doesn't like being in this position too much.

Kempmen lands a heavy elbow. Kempmen sitting in mount, just looking to control for the moment. Junior is trying to get to the cage to help him get back to his feet.
Junior takes a big shot to the head but keeps on trying to improve his position. Junior is squirming around, avoiding Kempmen's attempts to control the action. Kempmen working to secure an arm triangle but it's not happening for him just yet.

We all know that wrestlers don't like being on their back so let's see if Junior tries to get out of the position. Junior taking shots to the head. Junior wants to try and get back to his feet. Kempmen working for a guillotine from mount but Junior is in no mood to give up. Kempmen in mount throwing good strikes here, bouncing his opponent's head off the canvas.

A left and a right from Kempmen both land. Nice combination. Kempmen shoots and misses and Junior counters with a leg kick that reverborates around the arena. Kempmen has developed a nice purple lump on his ribcage, as a result of some heavy body kicks from Junior. A head kick by Junior misses and Junior takes a counter punch right on the button for his troubles. Kempmen looks to throw a body kick and Junior counters with a flying knee. Nice. Junior throws a quick head kick that skims the top of Kempmen's head. Kempmen closes the distance looking to clinch and Junior counters with a head kick. That's two minutes gone in the round. A lull in the action here being met with boos from the crowd. Kempmen swings wildly with a right hand that was never going to find it's target. Junior cracks the inside of Kempmen's front leg. Kempmen lunges at Junior with a hook that half lands and is half blocked by Junior's hand. Kempmen tries to bum rush Junior with a series of wild strikes but Junior uses good footwork to avoid the assault. Junior scores with a head kick.

Kempmen moves into range and connects with a jab. Junior ducks right into an uppercut from Kempmen. Junior feints and then cracks Kempmen's leading leg with a nice low kick. He's obviously looking to slow Kempmen down. Kempmen shoots in for a takedown but Junior shows good takedown defense. Kempmen misses with a takedown attempt - Junior sprawls well and throws a nice strike on the way out which just misses. Kempmen tries to clinch up but Junior circles away and keeps his distance. Junior forces Kempmen back against the cage and clinches.
That's three minutes gone in the round. A short right from Kempmen. Kempmen prevents Junior from breaking the clinch. Kempmen has Junior pressed up against the cage and is working for takedown. Junior manages to improve position though and keeps the fight standing. Kempmen works on Junior's body with a couple of short punches. Kempmen throws a blind hook that connects with the side of Juniors head. Junior gets underhooks to prevent Kempmen's takedown attempt.

Kempmen gets control of Junior's arms and successfully pulls guard. Kempmen will no doubt be looking for submissions off his back. Junior tries to buck Kempmen off but he can't manage it.
