Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the featherweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 0 - 0 - 0, fighting out of The Island, Alex Green!
The judges for this bout are Bart Greer, Santiago Holmes and Winston Alpacca.




The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Green tries to close the distance and clinch up against the cage but Bugbee paws at him with a jab and circles away.
Green is looking to take this fight into the clinch.
Green fails with an attempt to clinch.
Bugbee is trying to close the distance and clinch up, after that failed offence from Green.

Bugbee closes the distance and pushes Green back into the cage.
Bugbee tries to land a shot to the body but it's blocked.
Green wants to strike at distance but he can't break free of the clinch.
Bugbee lands a right hand.
Green is looking to score with knees to the body. Maybe he'll change it up and go body then head. Bugbee is defending well for now.

Bugbee turns his back and goes for a hip toss. It's a bit messy but it gets the job done and Bugbee manages to end up in side control.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.
Green tries to work a leg under to get back to half guard but Bugbee wriggles his own leg back out and remains in side control.
Green manages to work his way to half guard, despite Bugbee's best efforts.
Green wants to get back to his feet.
Bugbee tries to stand but his arm is trapped.

That's one minute gone in the round.
Green tries to strike from the bottom but it doesn't land.

Bugbee is trying to work for a kimura. This could be trouble! No, Green has managed to free his arm - good work.
Green is working for an escape here. He's hooked one of Bugbee's legs and he's managed to sneak out and take Bugbee's back!

Green working for a choke but Bugbee is defending well.
Bugbee looks to control his opponent's hands but he's not mananging it at the moment.

Green has the hooks sunk in and you can see the will to fight slowly draining out of Bugbee's body.
Bugbee trying to control the hands but Green won't let him.
You know, I was talking to some of our celebrities at ringside tonight and they were split right down the middle on who was going to win this fight.
Let's hope that Green has the urge to step up the pace any second now because for the last 15 or 20 seconds he's just been holding on tight.

Bugbee prevents Green from getting a body triangle.
Bugbee covering up well under a barage of strikes.
Green trying to control momentarily.

Bugbee defending nicely against the rear naked choke attempt.
Bugbee trying to control but he's just got himself in more trouble.

What can Bugbee do to escape this position? He's going to have to figure it out pretty quick if he wants to stay in the fight!
Bugbee rolls, trying to escape but Green keeps control of the position.

Green is working really hard to secure the rear naked choke. Bugbee defends successfully for a significant amount of time. Both fighters are looking very determined.
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.
Green trying to control momentarily.
The crowd thankful this round is nearly over.
Green has the hooks in. Bugbee is trying to push off one leg but he has to do so cautiously to avoid being submitted.
And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.

Alex Green dominated that round.
The fighters get back to their feet, the hooter sounds and we're back to the action!



Bugbee gets a double leg takedown into Green's guard.
Green is trying to control the position but Bugbee postures up.
There's a bit of a scramble here and now Green is on top in guard.


Bugbee looking for submissions from the bottom but instead Green passes into side control.
Green trying to control the position but Bugbee is working away.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.

Green tries for a kimura. Not really close to a finish though.

Green lands some shots froms side control.
Green is looking to take a break and control but Bugbee is keeping him honest, looking to work from the bottom.
Green lands an elbow.

Green working hard here to secure a kimura but he's not really in the right position for it.

Green wants to work for a kimura but he's foiled early by Bugbee, who protects the arm well.

Green has worked his way into a potential kimura here. Bugbee is trying to get out of the position but his squirming has just got him deeper into trouble. Green yanks on the arm and Bugbee is forced to tap due to a very painful looking submission! Nice work by Green.

Ladies and gentlemen, after 2:55 of round 2, we have a winner by way of Submission (Kimura). Alex Green!
