Coming up we have a middleweight MMA rules bout between Rafael Garcia (ranked 4230 p4p, 466 weight class) and David Ngoss (ranked 6578 p4p, 567 weight class). I'm sure you'll be fascinated to know that I was talking to some pointless Z list celebrity before the fight and he thought that David Ngoss was going to win. Let's see if he was right.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the middleweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of
2 - 1 - 0, fighting out of The Island, Rafael Garcia! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of
0 - 1 - 0, fighting out of The Island, David Ngoss! The judges for this bout are Dirk Anderson, Bart Greer and David Hoff.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Garcia misses with an uppercut. Ngoss saw that one coming. Ngoss darts in and clinches Garcia up against the cage. Ngoss tries to pull guard but can't drag his opponent to the mat. Garcia just stands there and leans against the cage. Ngoss controlling the action here for a moment.
Ngoss tries to take the fight to the ground by pulling guard but can't manage it.
Garcia tries to stall but Ngoss uses the opportunity to gain a better position.
Ngoss wants a takedown.
Rafael Garcia has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of David Ngoss. Ngoss is trying to pull guard but Garcia turns him against the cage and we stay in the clinch. We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up. Ngoss jumps guard but Garcia turns him against the cage and keeps the fight standing. Garcia pressing his opponent against the cage. A battle for position here, against the cage.
That's one minute gone in the round. Ngoss has a couple of punches blocked by Garcia.
Ngoss is looking to take this one to the mat. Ngoss drags the fight down to the ground.
Garcia controls the pace of the fight for a moment. The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work. Garcia slips nicely into half guard. Ngoss really doesn't want to stay on the ground with Garcia. If he can't get it back to his feet, it's only a matter of time before he'll be tapping out. Ngoss won't allow Garcia to pass to mount. Garcia is taking a breather. Ngoss says something to him but it's hard to make out. Perhaps he's telling him to get on with it and actually do something. Ngoss has a hand on Garcia's thigh, trying to get back to full guard. Garcia takes advantage of the position though and mounts him! Garcia avoids the attempt from Ngoss to control. Garcia definitely looks more muscular than last time we saw him fight.
That's two minutes gone in the round. Ngoss is squirming around, avoiding Garcia's attempts to control the action. Garcia controlling from the full mount. Garcia moves into side control, trying to work for a kimura. That looks painful! Will he finish!!?? No, Ngoss has worked his arm free - good work by Ngoss!
Ngoss wants to control but Garcia postures up. Ngoss wants to control the position but that's not easy when your opponent is in side control! Garcia seems to be going for some sort of submission here. Hard to say what - oh, it's a Brabo choke! He's got it! Ngoss is tapping! Wow, great finish!
