Coming up we have a welterweight MMA rules bout between Lee Sin (ranked 1955 p4p, 221 weight class) and Timmy Thompson (ranked 3385 p4p, 356 weight class). I can't wait for this one - let's get the fighter introductions out of the way and get this one started!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the welterweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

The judges for this bout are Jack Bonds, Don Winkell and Timothy Bukovac.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Sin shoots in from a long way out. He's driving through with the takedown attempt and he eventually gets it, landing in Thompson's guard.

Sin is trying for a guillotine from the top but the pressure isn't in the right place so Thompson is just riding it out for now. Sin eventually gives up the hold.

Sin seems very keen to just sit and control from half guard but Thompson does not like that idea so much and is remaining active off his back.

Thompson told us pre-fight that he has been working on his escapes in training. Let's see if he can call on some of his new skills to get back to his feet.

Sin looks up at the clock and then as Thompson takes his cue and looks up at the clock too, Sin smacks him right in the chops with a big elbow! How rude!

Lee Sin dominated that round.
The corners get their ten second warning. Both fighters stand from their stools and stare eachother down, ready to get back to the action.

Lee Sin overall seems to be getting the better of the ground position in the fight so far.
Sin loads up on a couple of big shots to the head that have Thompson scrambling to escape. He can't get free though and several more unanswered shots from Sin land to the head. The referee has no choice but to stop the fight. Sin stands and salutes the crowd.
Ladies and gentlemen, after 2:56 of round 2, we have a winner by way of TKO (Strikes). Lee Sin!
