PBP Commentary

Coming up we have a featherweight MMA rules bout between Cyril Figis (ranked 4378 p4p, 323 weight class) and Terry Josefi (ranked 7787 p4p, 419 weight class). Josefi has chosen I beat my dick as his entrance music. The key to victory for Cyril Figis has got to be keeping the fight on the feet.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the featherweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Figis avoids the clinch attempt nicely.
Josefi tries to score a power double leg takedown but Figis sees that one coming and sprawls well. That will dishearten Josefi somewhat.

Figis drops Josefi with a beautiful combination! Josefi stares up at his opponent, who ushers him back to his feet - Figis is looking for the KO!

There's not a lot going on here and the crowd are letting the fighters know they're not willing to tolerate a lack of action.

Figis connects with a good straight punch right through the guard and follows up with a right hook and a left hook! That last one sent Josefi tumbling to the canvas! Figis pours on the pressure with more strikes and the referee has no hesitation diving in to stop the fight! Josefi was done - good stoppage!
