Kowalevitz with poor footwork there. He got himself in a bit of a tangle, enabling Wax to score with a decent uppercut.
Wax cracks Kowalevitz with a nice right hand that draws applause from the crowd.
Kowalevitz looks for a takedown here. Will he get it? Wax is fending him off so far but Kowalevitz persists. Nope, Wax circles away and we're back to standing.
Kowalevitz shoots in looking for a takedown. Wax tries to sprawl out of it but Kowalevitz keeps driving through. The fighters are pinned against the cage. Wax manages to get underhooks and after a bit of a struggle, circles away and we're back to standing.
Kowalevitz takes a jab on the nose. He smiles like he loves it and keeps coming.

Wax drops Kowalevitz with a straight left! Oh this is bad for Kowalevitz! Wax dives in and starts dropping bombs - the referee has no choice but to step in and save him!
