Coming up we have a light heavyweight Tycoon World Grappling Championship rules bout between Tyrano Jackson (ranked 4741 p4p, 0 weight class) and Erberth Santos (ranked 3154 p4p, 418 weight class). I can't wait for this one - let's get the fighter introductions out of the way and get this one started!
This TWGC bout is 1 fifteen minute round in the light heavyweight division. Introducing today's competitors. In the red corner, competing out of Las Vegas, with a TWGC record of 0 wins and 0 losses; Tyrano Jackson! And in the blue corner, fighting out of Las Vegas, with a TWGC record of 7 wins and 0 losses; Erberth Santos! The judges for this bout are Robert Twigg, Chris Downing and Tiny Johnson.
The official calls the fighters to the middle and the contest is under way. Jackson forces Santos back against the cage and clinches. Jackson is pressed up against the cage. Santos has hold of a leg and is looking to drag Jackson down to the mat. Jackson avoids the attempt though and has circled away. We're back to striking at a distance. Santos slaps away a takedown attempt from Jackson, before circling back to the center of the mat. Santos is definitely looking for the counter takedowns here. Jackson shoots in looking for a single leg takedown. Santos is trying to defend but Jackson finishes it well and ends up in half guard. Let's see if he can advance position further. Jackson drops back looking for a heel hook - he quickly realises he's not going to get it but Santos manages to dive on top of him before he can escape and now Jackson has Santos in his guard. Jackson is looking to sinch up a guillotine here but Santos pulls his head out easily. We've been hearing good reports from Jackson's training camp. Apparently he has been rolling around with some good quality BJJ practitioners and has been sharpening his skills. Let's see if that has an impact on the fight today. Santos wants to advance to full mount but Jackson doesn't think that's going to happen and regains full guard instead. Jackson can't do much from the bottom at the moment, as Santos controls the pace. Santos stands up and looks to throw the legs aside to pass to side control. Jackson swivels though and keeps the full guard.

Score +3 for taking back: Jackson (2) vs (17) Santos Our spies down at at Kickn Vegass inform us that Santos has really been working on his submissions in the buildup to this fight. Will it pay off? Santos controlling well, preventing Jackson from escaping the position.
