Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the middleweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of
22 - 8 - 3, fighting out of Las Vegas, Stephen Campbell!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.

11 - 9 - 0, fighting out of Rio de Janeiro, Zoran Paunovic!
The judges for this bout are Yves DeLean, Robert Douchet and Steve Smith.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Paunovic throws a head kick that misses and slips in the process. He scrambles back to his feet and the fighters circle.
Zoran Paunovic seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Campbell misses the shot to the body.
A lazy left from Campbell finds it's target.
Paunovic swings for the body but Campbell moves out of range.
Campbell lands an overhand right.
The sound of bone on bone echoes around the arena as Campbell checks a leg kick.
Paunovic throws a nice hook to the body that draws an oooh from the crowd.
Campbell scores with a punch to the head.

Paunovic tries to score with a low kick but Campbell moves his leg out of the way.

Some bone on bone action there as Paunovic checks a low kick. Luckily it wasn't a particularly hard one.

This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff!

The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.

Paunovic utilising some decent striking defenses from the guard, preventing the ground and pound.

That was a close round but I would say that Stephen Campbell will probably get the nod.

Paunovic throws a hook to the body but it doesn't connect.

Paunovic lands an overhand left. A wild punch that just about connected.

Campbell jinks towards his opponent looking like he wants to counter with a mid kick but doesn't commit.
Campbell connects with a crisp jab.
Paunovic throws a jab but it's blocked by Campbell.
An attempted straight right counter from Campbell misses the target.
Paunovic takes a swing at Campbell's ribcage but misses.
Campbell doesn't react quick enough there as he takes a shot to the body.
Paunovic tries to land with a swinging hook to the body but Campbell was well out of range. Poor timing from Paunovic.
Campbell throws the overhand right but ducks down into a quick takedown attempt. Paunovic was covering up waiting for the punch and Campbell finishes the takedown easily into guard.
The crowd are loving this. Great action here.
Campbell lands a couple of elbows.
Campbell with a couple of shots to the head there. Not particularly brutal.

Paunovic bucks up whilst keeping hold of a body lock, managing to reverse the position. Now he's in top in Campbell's guard.
Paunovic avoids a guillotine attempt easily.
Campbell wants to sweep here but Paunovic controlling him for the moment.
Campbell is working the butterfly guard. He manages to land a nice scissor sweep and is now in half guard on the top. Nice move.

The two fighters exchange a few words. I couldn't hear what they were saying but maybe it's more fun if you make it up yourself. Campbell connects with a nice short shot to Paunovic's temple.
Campbell is really dominating this fight. Is there anything that Paunovic can do to turn this around?

A less than humble Stephen Campbell misjudged his post fight interview somewhat and came across a little too arrogant whilst trying to hype up his own abilities.
