Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the middleweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of
2 - 1 - 0, fighting out of The Island, Repa Kiki!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of
2 - 2 - 0, fighting out of The Island, Daniel Ferri!
The judges for this bout are Dirk Anderson, Bart Greer and David Hoff.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Ferri darts in trying to clinch
and Kiki counters with a crisp right hand that drops Ferri! Kiki lets Ferri back up to his feet, looking for a finish!
It looks like Daniel Ferri has been cut.
Ferri moves into range and clinches up with Kiki.
Ferri looks more muscular than last time we saw him. He must have been on the weights.
Ferri tries to pull guard but Kiki forces him back to his feet, against the cage.
Ferri tries to jump guard but he falls flat on his backside. Kiki smiles and moves away.
Kiki drops a shoulder and throws an uppercut that cracks Ferri right on the button. Ferri goes down! Kiki follows him to the mat and finishes the job with more strikes! Kiki gets the win via TKO!
Ladies and gentlemen, after 0:22 of round 1, we have a winner by way of TKO (Strikes). Repa Kiki!
Repa Kiki decided to thank the fans in attendance for making a great atmosphere. It seemed to go down pretty well.
