Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the featherweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of
2 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Las Vegas, Errol Browse! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of
1 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Las Vegas, Radmir Lepshokov! The judges for this bout are Chris Downing, Daniel Franklin and Stewart Dunkirk.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Lepshokov fakes high and shoots in for a takedown but Browse avoids it really well and circles away. Browse throws a lazy head kick and Lepshokov counters with a stiff right hand. Browse really does look like a pencil wearing a pair of gloves. Let's hope he has a gameplan to suit that ridiculous body shape. Browse pulls out of a head kick attempt.
Lepshokov tries to clinch there but Browse circles away.
A punch lands to the side of Lepshokov 's head but he takes it in his stride. Browse throws a series of punches but Lepshokov moves out of range. Browse slaps away a takedown attempt from Lepshokov, before circling back to the center of the mat. Browse lands a head kick. Lepshokov smiles back at him and beckons him forward. Lepshokov gets a double leg takedown into Browse's guard. Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd. Lepshokov showing good wrestling skills to control the position. Browse will have to put a bit more behind his punches if he's going to do any damage from this position.

That's one minute gone in the round. Browse avoiding any damage from the ground and pound. Browse is trying to stand up but he's not managed so far. Browse isolates an arm and boxes in a triangle. Lepshokov stacks Browse on his neck as he steps over and passes to the side. He's now in a much more dominant position where he can look to do some serious damage. Nice move by Lepshokov! Browse can't do much from the bottom here. Lepshokov is trying to get an arm triangle but Browse is defending well. You can see the frustration on Browse's face, being in this tough position on the bottom. Browse is trying to get back to his feet.
That's two minutes gone in the round. Lepshokov advances to full mount. Lepshokov controlling from mount. Lepshokov avoids the attempt from Browse to control. Lepshokov controlling his opponent. Let's hope that Lepshokov has the urge to step up the pace any second now because for the last 15 or 20 seconds he's just been holding on tight. The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing. Browse tries to hold on but Lepshokov pushes him away. Lepshokov lands with some vicious ground and pound - can Browse hang on? Lepshokov trying to control but he's not successful this time. The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Browse is trying to get to the cage to help him get back to his feet.
Browse wants to control but Lepshokov is having none of it. Lepshokov looking for a guillotine from mount but Browse is having none of it. Lepshokov breaks from Browse's wrist control and lands an elbow. Lepshokov working away from the top, dropping strikes. Browse tries to lock up and control but Lepshokov gives him a forearm to the face and pushes him away. Lepshokov has the superior BJJ but he's also working some ground strikes into his gameplan. Lepshokov looking to finish Browse with some ground and pound. This is bad for Browse! Browse knows he needs to get back to his feet asap. He's simply no match for Lepshokov on the ground. Lepshokov avoids the attempt from Browse to control. Browse is breathing heavily. Lepshokov controlling from mount. Lepshokov tries to control but Browse wriggling away.
That's four minutes gone in the round. Lepshokov looking to control and managing it successfully. Browse's corner are shouting for him to stand up but that's bad cornering - how is he meant to stand up when he's mounted? He should be looking to improve his position on the ground before trying to stand back up. Browse is writhing around trying to get back to his feet. Lepshokov tries to control but Browse wriggling away. Browse is flailing around like a fish out of water, trying to land strikes. Lepshokov trying to control but he's not successful this time. Lepshokov looking to isolate an arm here. Browse doesn't see it coming and as Lepshokov extends the arm, he's forced to tap out! Nice submission by Lepshokov!
