1 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Las Vegas, Anthony Linwood! The judges for this bout are Stewart Dunkirk, George Francis and Chris Downing.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Linwood darts in looking for a takedown but March gets double underhooks and turns Linwood into the cage. March closes the distance and clinches up with Linwood, looking for a takedown. March pushes Linwood against the cage but Linwood circles to the side and manages to break the clinch. A decent looking body kick lands there for March. Linwood tries to shoot in for a takedown. He's got hold of a leg but March swivels and escapes. Linwood tries for a takedown but March circles away easily and March moves into the clinch. Reynold March has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Anthony Linwood. Linwood has double underhooks and is working for a body lock takedown. He's got it. The fighters land in half guard but March regains guard immediately. March looking for a guillotine here but Linwood defends easily.
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work. March looking to sweep here. No luck so far. Linwood really doesn't want to stay on the ground with March. If he can't get it back to his feet, it's only a matter of time before he'll be tapping out. March has his foot on Linwood's thigh. Linwood drops back looking for a heel hook - he quickly realises he's not going to get it but March manages to dive on top of him before he can escape and now Linwood has March in his guard. He'll be looking to tighten that up but March can see exactly what he's planning and manages to posture up and free himself. Linwood throwing some rather feeble looking strikes off his back.
March is sitting in guard, working some ground and pound. Linwood wants to sweep but no luck. Linwood isolates an arm and boxes in a triangle. March stacks Linwood on his neck as he steps over and passes to the side. He's now in a much more dominant position where he can look to do some serious damage. Nice move by March! March tries to get to his feet but he's trapped momentarily.
That's two minutes gone in the round. Linwood is positioning himself to get back to half guard. Linwood looks to move to half guard but instead March has passed into mount! Damn! Linwood looks winded! Linwood is looking to get to half guard. March wants to control the pace but Linwood is squirming around nicely. March has hold of Linwood's left arm, perhaps looking for a submission. The two fighters tussle over control of the isolated limb and Linwood manages to get his arm back to his side and away from danger.
That's three minutes gone in the round. March prevents Linwood from getting the reversal. The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing. March lands with some vicious ground and pound - can Linwood hang on? Linwood really trying hard to get back to half guard here.
Linwood is still trying to improve position. March is landing with some decent strikes but Linwood is trying to advance his position so the referee is letting the fight continue. Linwood bucks up and manages to get a nice reversal! He's in guard on the top - nicely done! Linwood with a couple of shots to the head there. Not particularly brutal.

No, March has managed to get both his arms back between Linwood's legs - danger averted. March pushes down on Linwood's leg and manages to get into half guard. Wooooo! Give it up for these two warriors! They are putting on a show! March wants to control but Linwood is keeping him busy. Linwood looking to work for a kimura from the bottom. March is looking for a kimura but he's never going to get it from there. Linwood tries to roll over but March keeps him under control. March changes levels and looks for a double leg takedown. Linwood tries to avoid it but March manages to keep hold of a leg and drag Linwood to the ground. Linwood escapes though and pops straight back up to his feet. Linwood shoots in with a takedown attempt and he has March pinned against the cage. March gets the underhooks and manages to circle away. March seem to be loading up, looking for a big counter. Anthony Linwood seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout. Linwood closes the distance and clinches up, looking for a takedown. He shifts his weight and gets a nice trip into half guard. Linwood lands a big shot. He might want to try advancing position though to get more of an impact. Reynold March overall seems to be getting the better of the ground position in the fight so far. March is throwing his legs up, looking for submissions. Linwood is aware though and is defending well. March is really dominating this fight. Is there anything that Linwood can do to turn this around? Linwood looking to pass the guard. Linwood must be cautious of submissions here, given that his opponent has the superior Jiu Jitsu. That was a close second round but I would say that Reynold March will probably get the nod. The fighters' corners scream their final instructions, as the referee calls time. Here we go, back to the action! This is the final round!

March lands with some vicious ground and pound - can Linwood hang on? March wants to stand but Linwood is holding on to him, trying to stop him posturing up.
Linwood is looking to improve his position but March isn't that keen on the idea. Linwood tries to improve his position but March has taken his back! March has a choke - it's sunk in pretty tight... Will Linwood tap? No... maybe... yes! He's tapped! March pushes Linwood away and gets up to celebrate with his corner!
