10 - 9 - 1, fighting out of Las Vegas, Tyler Cage! The judges for this bout are Wesley Smith, Robert Twigg and Stewart Dunkirk.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Donk. Cage catches Murillo right on the button with a cross. Cage misses with a looping left. Cage connects with a looping left hand that seems like it dazed Murillo momentarily.
A big right from Cage misses. Murillo keeping his hands up high there, blocking the jab from Cage. Murillo appears to be looking for a counter punch to the body. Murillo takes one on the chin but seems OK.
Sloppy strikes from Cage. Those never looked like landing. A left lands for Murillo. Murillo throws a jab but it's blocked by Cage. Murillo attempts a low kick but it misses it's target. Cage scores with a crisp jab that stopped Murillo in his tracks. Cage looks to land a right hand but Murillo moved out of range. and Murillo makes him pay by landing a nice hook to the body before moving out of range. Cage might want to mix his strikes up a bit more. He's just going for head shots at the moment and that can become a bit predictable. Cage checks a leg kick. Murillo throws a combination but it was largely blocked by Cage. And that's the end of the fight! I would just about give that final round to Tyler Cage. Well Cage has outworked and out performed his opponent in all aspects of the game today.
