Coming up we have a super heavyweight MMA rules bout between France Nigannou (ranked 2740 p4p, 81 weight class) and Ryo Takuma (ranked 2950 p4p, 83 weight class). Nigannou comes to the cage accompanied by This Is For Africa. This should be a great matchup!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the super heavyweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of
3 - 1 - 0, fighting out of Tokyo, France Nigannou! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of
2 - 0 - 0, fighting out of St Petersburg, Ryo Takuma! The judges for this bout are Ian Loll, Elvis Blanc and Yves DeLean.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Nigannou looks to score with a combo but nothing lands. Nigannou looks to land a combination but Takuma avoids it well. Nigannou throws a right hand that Takuma ducks under and follows up with a left that Takuma also avoids with ease. Nigannou misses with a series of wild punches.

Takuma looked like he wanted to counter with a punch but didn't throw it. We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up. Nigannou misses with a looping left. Takuma takes a shot right to the bread basket. Nigannou lands a jab, followed by a cross and another cross, as Takuma backs up against the cage.
This has been an exciting period of action! Nigannou throws a looping overhand right but Takuma ducks down to avoid it.
That's one minute gone in the round. Nigannou will need to tighten up his combinations if he doesn't want to gas himself out, swinging at thin air.
Takuma doesn't fully commit to the body shot counter. Nigannou ducks low and lands a nice hook to the body of his opponent. Nigannou swings away but doesn't land with a series of punches.
Takuma now looks to counter with a shot at the body. Takuma scores with a hook to the body. Nigannou takes a step back and tries to catch his breath. Takuma slips a jab and a cross from Nigannou.

Takuma missing with a left hand there. Nigannou was out of range so wasted energy throwing that one. Nigannou takes one to the side of the head.
It looks like France Nigannou has been cut. Nigannou swings wildly with a couple of big hooks
and Takuma counters with a stiff right hand.
That's two minutes gone in the round. Takuma sends Nigannou crashing to the mat with a devastating uppercut! Takuma is motioning to the referee to let Nigannou up. He wants to try and finish this one on the feet!
France Nigannou's cut is getting worse. Wooooo! Give it up for these two warriors! They are putting on a show! Nigannou throws a jab, cross combination which is slipped
and Takuma counters with a big right hand! Oh Nigannou is in trouble here! Takuma follows up with more strikes and that's it! The ref has stopped it!
Ladies and gentlemen, after 2:14 of round 1, we have a winner by way of TKO (Strikes). Ryo Takuma! Ryo Takuma opened up his post fight interview with a scream to camera that he wants a title shot! Whether he deserves the shot will be up to the management of the organization, so I guess he'll have to wait and see.
