Coming up we have a featherweight MMA rules bout between Robin Gracie (ranked 2189 p4p, 203 weight class) and Dome Graybeard (ranked 2324 p4p, 212 weight class). Gracie's entrance music is Olha a Explosão. A fine choice. The crowd seem to be enjoying Graybeard's choice of entrance music: Remember The Name. This should be fireworks!

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Gracie takes a shot to the body in his stride.
Graybeard cracks Gracie with a nice right hand that draws applause from the crowd.
Graybeard swings and misses with a hook to the body.
Graybeard changes levels and scores with a jab to the body.

Gracie avoids a lazy jab quite easily.
Gracie appears to be looking for a counter takedown.
Gracie slips under a jab from Graybeard.
Graybeard misses with an uppercut.
Graybeard tries to bum rush Gracie with a series of wild strikes but Gracie uses good footwork to avoid the assault.

We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.
Graybeard displays some good footwork, moving neatly out of range as Gracie throws out the jab.
Gracie closes the distance and scores a nice trip takedown into half guard. Graybeard did well to prevent Gracie getting side control.

We've been hearing good reports from Gracie's training camp. Apparently he has been rolling around with some good quality BJJ practitioners and has been sharpening his skills. Let's see if that has an impact on the fight today.

There's not a lot going on here and the crowd are letting the fighters know they're not willing to tolerate a lack of action.

Graybeard looks more muscular than last time we saw him. He must have been on the weights.
The fighters are starting to get a bit slippery now, which will make submissions a bit more difficult.
Gracie has control of Graybeard's right arm, working for a kimura. It's a bit of a token attempt though and Graybeard regains control of the situation pretty easily.
Gracie has isolated one of Graybeard's arms. Graybeard looking to fight him off but Gracie twists into an armbar. It's tight... Will he tap?? YES, he's tapped! This one is all over!
