The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Jones tries to clinch but Vaughn is having none of it.
It looked like Vaughn was trying to counter with a body shot coming off that last attack from Jones .
Jones lands three nice shots there - that looked like it hurt!

It looks like Alan Vaughn has been cut.

Vaughn has managed to clinch.
Vaughn is trying to work for a single leg takedown but Jones pulls him back up using the underhooks.

Jones escapes the clinch and we're back to striking.

Jones clinches up against the cage.

Jones 's corner calls for him to break the clinch, which he does.
Vaughn just misses with a punch to the body.
Vaughn really does look like a pencil wearing a pair of gloves. Let's hope he has a gameplan to suit that ridiculous body shape.

Jones manages to get an easy takedown there - catching Vaughn on his heels. He'll look to pass Vaughn's guard now, I'm sure.
Jones would like to get this fight back to the feet but can't get free from the closed guard.
Jones connects with a couple of short punches.

Vaughn is rocked!
The crowd cheering loudly, showing their appreciation for the quality fight we're seeing here.
Jones lands a nice shot whilst sitting in his opponent's guard.
Oh Vaughn is still in real trouble! Will he be able to recover?!!

Jones drops back for a leg! It's a sloppy attempt though and Jones jumps back into guard quickly, to retain the dominant position.
Jones loads up on a big left hand. Vaughn felt that one! He's just covering up now, not defending himself intelligently - Jones looks towards the ref and unloads with 3 more big shots and the ref has no choice but to stop the fight! Vaughn can't hide his disappointment, as Jones celebrates the victory.
