PBP Commentary

Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between Trenton Sloan (ranked 7184 p4p, 0 weight class) and William Waddell (ranked 5170 p4p, 0 weight class). I'm sure you'll be fascinated to know that I was talking to some pointless Z list celebrity before the fight and he thought that William Waddell was going to win. Let's see if he was right.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the light heavyweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 3 - 1 - 0, fighting out of Amsterdam, Trenton Sloan!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 0 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Amsterdam, William Waddell!
The judges for this bout are Radbod Blank, Daniel Blasius and Paul Aken.




The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Sloan throws a head kick that connects with a bit of head and a bit of hand.

Sloan stands up over Waddell, holding his feet. He dives back in and lands a decent shot to the head.
Sloan wants to get up but he can't break Waddell's closed guard. He needs to be careful trying to break the legs open, as he's open to submissions here.

Waddell lands with a quick shot inside that doesn't really do much damage.
Kneeeeees! The crowd are calling for knees to the body. Waddell obliges.

Waddell drops down looking for an ankle pick but Sloan pulls his leg out and moves away.

Waddell has a momentary lapse of concentration, allowing Sloan to throw up a leg and lock on what appears to be a pretty tight triangle! Waddell is fighting it off but it's all too little too late - Sloan pulls down on the head and he's put Waddell to sleep! This one is all over!
