Coming up we have a welterweight MMA rules bout between Lao Shin (ranked 382 p4p, 55 weight class) and Tim Pierno (ranked 659 p4p, 87 weight class). Shin comes to the cage accompanied by Shaolin Chamber of Death. Pierno has chosen Sick Puppies - You're Going Down as his entrance music. Tim Pierno is staring across the cage at his opponent, tweaking his nipples.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the welterweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 40 - 17 - 2, fighting out of London, Lao Shin!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 37 - 24 - 2, fighting out of Las Vegas, Tim Pierno!

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Pierno lands the left hand.
Pierno misses with an uppercut.
Pierno throws a right hand that misses
and Shin counters with a straight right hand.
Pierno misses with a right hand
and Shin counters with a solid body kick.
Shin doesn't react quick enough there as he takes a shot to the body.
Pierno misses the jab.
Pierno blocks the body kick.

Pierno darts in and clinches Shin up against the cage.

Shin breaks from the clinch.
Shin seems to be moving with more speed, compared to his last bout. He must have been working on that in the gym.
Pierno throws out a loose jab but Shin uses good head movement to avoid it.
Pierno throws the left hand but Shin avoids the punch easily.
Shin with a body punch. A glancing blow.
Pierno lunges in with swinging rights and lefts but Shin circles away quickly and effectively.
Shin feinted there with a counter leg kick.

and Shin counters with a nice jab to the body that keeps Pierno thinking.
Shin displays some good footwork, moving neatly out of range as Pierno throws out the jab.
Shin quickly followed up with a counter body kick but doesn't connect.
Shin ducks down and throws a hook to the body.
Pierno fakes high and swings low for a body shot but Shin manages to avoid it.
Shin throws a combination but comes up with nothing but fresh air.
Pierno throws out a token jab with nothing on it.
Shin takes a jab on the nose. He smiles like he loves it and keeps coming.
Shin motions for Pierno to come forward. Shin throws a leg kick but it misses it's target.
Pierno misses with a series of wild punches.
Pierno has been spending a lot of time sparring his boxing in the run up to the fight, trying to sharpen up those hands and look for a knockout.
Shin scores with a punch to the gut of his opponent.

and Shin takes a counter punch right on the button for his troubles.
Pierno is looking to clinch.
Shin uses decent footwork to sidestep a right hand from Pierno.

The fans in attendance giving it up for the two fighters, who have really let it all hang out in the last minute or so!

Pierno throws a hook to the side of Shin's head but Shin sees it coming and ducks under it beautifully.

Shin sizes up Pierno with a pawing jab and scores with a straight right down the middle.

Shin swung with a counter punch to the body but it didn't connect.
Pierno scores with a sloppy right hand. Shin should have avoided that one.

Pierno stuns Shin with a nice body shot, before stepping back out of range.
Pierno throws a jab to the body, straight down the pipe. Boom. That sent Shin stumbling backwards but he manages to regain his composure quickly.
Pierno wants to clinch but Shin slips to the side
and Shin connects with a straight left hand counter down the middle.

Pierno takes a jab right on the nose. That must have hurt but he shrugs his shoulders and looks to return the favor.

Shin fakes a head shot and lands one to the body.
Pierno is still on wobbly legs! Can Shin finish him?
Shin feints and then cracks Pierno's leading leg with a nice low kick. He's obviously looking to slow Pierno down.
Shin circles and sees the opportunity to plant his feet and throw a really nice straight left hand that drops Pierno to the canvas! Pierno doesn't know where he is but he's trying to survive - Shin keeps piling on the pressure and forces the referee to step in! This one is aaaaaall over!

Ladies and gentlemen, after 3:25 of round 3, we have a winner by way of TKO (Strikes). Lao Shin!
