Coming up we have a middleweight MMA rules bout between Alan Vaughn (ranked 25010 p4p, 0 weight class) and Sadin Fight (ranked 5207 p4p, 0 weight class). Both fighters look fresh as a daisy as they make their way towards the cage.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the middleweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 2 - 1 - 0, fighting out of Los Angeles, Alan Vaughn!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 0 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Los Angeles, Sadin Fight!
The judges for this bout are Frank Antenori, Jack Bonds and Timothy Bukovac.




The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Vaughn avoids a punch combination nicely.
Vaughn really does look like a pencil wearing a pair of gloves. Let's hope he has a gameplan to suit that ridiculous body shape.

Vaughn gets caught napping as Fight dives in and scores a takedown. Vaughn manages to retain guard.
Fight sitting in guard here, content to control.
Vaughn looking to control.
Fight works over Vaughn with some ground and pound from guard.
Fight landing some decent shots from guard.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.

Vaughn working from the bottom, still in full guard. He's managed to get a loose triangle. Fight doesn't seem to be doing much to defend here, obviously he feels comfortable in the position. Fight manages to throw the legs off his shoulder and he's back into guard - no problem.
Fight slows down the pace of the fight for a moment. He'll need to remain active if he doesn't want to see the fight stood back up.

Vaughn escapes his hips to the side and looks to be working for an armbar. Fight gives him a little smile and shakes his head. No chance.
Fight lands a couple of elbows.
Fight scores with a decent looking elbow strike.
Fight content to stall in guard here.

Fight drops back for a leg but he's not going to get it - he lets go and Vaughn dives on top into guard.

Vaughn won't allow Fight to sweep him here.

That's two minutes gone in the round.

Fight throwing his legs up looking for a triangle.
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.
Fight looking to hit a scissor sweep but Vaughn is one step ahead there.
Fight is persisting with the attempt to improve his position.
Fight is avoiding any damage by keeping wrist control.
Vaughn will need to keep those long limbs tucked in whilst he's on the ground, to prevent any submissions.
Vaughn in full guard, throwing the ground and pound. No damage this time.
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.
Vaughn trying to land body shots but he keeps hitting the mat.
Fight trying to control the position.
Fight working the defensive guard well to avoid strikes from Vaughn.

That's three minutes gone in the round.
Fight looking for a sweep. Not yet Fight, not yet.
Vaughn has to be careful here, sitting in the guard of a superior BJJ player.
Fight is working from a closed guard but he's struggling to control his opponent.
Fight is working an open guard here, looking to improve his position. No doubt that will leave him open to counters but at least he's being more offensive.

Fight is looking for a guillotine. You can't force these things though and Vaughn defends well.
Vaughn throwing elbows and punches but not connecting, as Fight works some decent striking defense from the bottom.
Vaughn in full guard, throwing the ground and pound. No damage this time.
Fight seems keen to control Vaughn's posture.
Vaughn trying to land body shots but he keeps hitting the mat.

That's four minutes gone in the round.
A few boos can be heard. I'm sure they will multiply if the fighters don't pick up the pace.
Vaughn throwing strikes but missing.
Vaughn stops Fight from standing up.

The referee has decided to stand the fighters back up, so we'll restart on the feet.
Fight swinging wildly here.
Fight tries to land with a swinging hook to the body but Vaughn was well out of range. Poor timing from Fight.
Fight tries to close the distance and clinch but Vaughn swats him to one side with an open hand palm strike and circles away.
Fight connects with a slap. Keep your fist closed son.
Boooooooooooooooooooo!!! God, this has been a terrible round. Come on you two, sort yourselves out!
Vaughn closes this distance looking for a takedown but Fight circles away.
Fight feints the counter takedown.
Fight throws a combination but it was largely blocked by Vaughn.

Fight drives through with a really nice takedown into side control.
And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.

Sadin Fight dominated that round.
OK. That's time! The bell goes and we're back to the action.



Fight shoots in with a lovely double leg takedown. Vaughn manages to land in full guard to minimise the damage.

Fight gets to his feet and steps away from his opponent.
Vaughn fakes high and swings low for a body shot but Fight manages to avoid it.

Fight feints and as Vaughn raises his hands in defense, Fight changes levels and drives through with a takedown into guard.

Vaughn is scooting his butt against the cage and has managed to get back to his feet. Fight presses him back against the cage, presumably looking to take the fight back to the mat.

Fight breaks from the clinch.
The crowd cheering loudly, showing their appreciation for the quality fight we're seeing here.
Fight misses with a few strikes there.
Fight wants to clinch.

That's one minute gone in the round.
Vaughn misses with a wild body shot.
Vaughn lets the fists fly and connects with a left straight followed by a right hook.
A telegraphed takedown attempt from Vaughn is defended easily by Fight.
Fight fails with an attempt to clinch.
A shot to the body from Fight misses
and Vaughn counters with a nice leg kick.

Fight changes levels and drives through with a really nice takedown into side control. Vaughn looks really pissed at himself for not defending that better.
Vaughn gives up the full mount - oops, sloppy defensive grappling there!

Fight is working for a guillotine from mount but Vaughn frees his head quite easily.

That's two minutes gone in the round.
Vaughn tries to lock up and control but Fight gives him a forearm to the face and pushes him away.
Fight wants to control the pace but Vaughn is squirming around nicely.
A nice elbow there by Fight.


Vaughn is rocked!
The crowd cheering loudly, showing their appreciation for the quality fight we're seeing here.
Oooooh, big shot lands for Fight! Vaughn is hurt baaadly! Fight is firing away with more strikes - Vaughn is covering up... the ref is warning him to do something. He's just covering up though still and the ref has to step in to end the fight! This one is all over!

Ladies and gentlemen, after 3:59 of round 2, we have a winner by way of TKO (Strikes). Sadin Fight!
