Coming up we have a bantamweight MMA rules bout between Nick Fury (ranked 5014 p4p, 0 weight class) and Jason Borne (ranked 7062 p4p, 0 weight class). Fingers crossed for an exciting fight - I'm sure both fighters are looking for a nice under the table bonus!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the bantamweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of
0 - 2 - 0, fighting out of Hilo, Nick Fury! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of
1 - 1 - 0, fighting out of Hilo, Jason Borne! The judges for this bout are Colin Fray, Chris Saunders and Jeff Smith.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Fury missing with a left hand there. Borne was out of range so wasted energy throwing that one. Borne fakes with an overhand right and moves in to clinch with Fury, pushing him back against the cage. Borne breaks the clinch and we return to the middle of the mat. Borne instigates a clinch. Borne jumps into guard, dragging Fury to the mat.
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work. Borne has Fury pulled in close to control his posture. Borne manages to sweep nicely, so he's now on top. Fury manages to get himself to full guard.
Borne content to stall in guard here. We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up. The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.
That's one minute gone in the round. Fury is looking for a triangle here but Borne uses the submission attempt to pass into side control.
Borne stands up. Borne gets the takedown into side control. Fury bucks up and tries to throw Borne off but instead Borne has got his back! Borne is controlling his opponent, waiting for an opportunity to finish.
That's two minutes gone in the round. Fury covers up after taking a massive shot to the side of the head.
Fury looks to control his opponent's hands but he's not mananging it at the moment. Borne lands with a couple of good shots - one to the side of the head and one questionable shot that could be viewed as to the back of the head but the referee lets it go.
Borne should think about turning a few of those tyres round his middle into muscle if he wants people to take him seriously as an athlete. We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out! Fury is trying to defend against the choke here but Borne has an arm under his chin. This one might not last much longer. Borne Tightens the hold and Fury taps out furiously! Borne displays superior BJJ to win the fight.
Ladies and gentlemen, after 2:53 of round 1, we have a winner by way of Submission (RNC). Jason Borne!
