Coming up we have a welterweight MMA rules bout between Post Op Tranny (ranked 5383 p4p, 474 weight class) and Alex Murphy (ranked 6001 p4p, 503 weight class). Post Op Tranny has the better chin. Will he look to stand and bang today?

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Tranny tries to grapple but his opponent circles
and Murphy makes the exchange count by landing a cracking kick to the body. Tranny really felt that one!
Murphy keeps the fight on the outside.
Tranny dives in and grabs Murphy's left leg, looking for a takedown. Murphy pushes down on Tranny's head and hops out.

Tranny closes the distance and looks for a trip takedown... aaaand he's got it - Tranny lands in his opponent's guard.
We could do with one of the fighters taking the initiative a bit more on the ground - they're both waiting to capitalize on a mistake.

Murphy really doesn't want to stay on the ground with Tranny. If he can't get it back to his feet, it's only a matter of time before he'll be tapping out.

Tranny passes Murphy's right leg, so he's now in half guard.
Tranny seems very keen to just sit and control from half guard but Murphy does not like that idea so much and is remaining active off his back.
