Coming up we have a featherweight MMA rules bout between Small Show (ranked 1177 p4p, 126 weight class) and Arttu Peltonen (ranked 1919 p4p, 195 weight class). Show comes to the cage accompanied by My Time Is Now. Both fighters look pumped up here. Let's hope this is a good fight!

Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

The judges for this bout are Daniel Franklin, Bart Greer and Peter Branson.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Show shoots in looking for a single leg takedown. Peltonen is trying to defend but Show finishes it well and ends up in half guard. Let's see if he can advance position further.
Peltonen wants to improve his position but Show is controlling well.
Show thows a wild elbow that connects with the canvas.
Peltonen works his way to full guard. Good work.
Peltonen avoiding any damage from the ground and pound.
Show has improved his flexibility recently so we will have to see if he can use that to his advantage.
Peltonen has Show pulled in close to control his posture.
Show trying to land body shots but he keeps hitting the mat.
Peltonen is throwing his legs up, looking for submissions. Show is aware though and is defending well.
Show is in close to Peltonen's body, working some short punches and elbows.
Show has to be careful here, sitting in the guard of a superior BJJ player.
Peltonen working from the bottom, still in full guard. He's managed to get a loose triangle. Show doesn't seem to be doing much to defend here, obviously he feels comfortable in the position. Show manages to throw the legs off his shoulder and he's back into guard - no problem.
Both fighters have adopted an aggressive gameplan on the ground!
Show postures up in Peltonen's guard and throws a big left but Peltonen blocks it.
Show lands a couple of decent looking shots.
This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff!

Peltonen looking for a guillotine here but Show defends easily.
A big thud reverberates around the arena there as Show accidentally thumps the mat. Hopefully he's not broken his hand.

Show is working Peltonen over from the guard. He should look to pass the guard and do a little more damage with these strikes.
Peltonen is rocked!
It looks like Arttu Peltonen has been cut.
Show gets to his feet and stands over Peltonen, holding his ankles. He dives in with a big left hand that connects! Peltonen felt that one! Show unloads more punches and elbows and this one is over! The ref has dived in to save Peltonen from any more punishment!
Ladies and gentlemen, after 1:25 of round 1, we have a winner by way of TKO (Strikes). Small Show!
Our winner, Small Show, made sure he spent some time buttering up the crowd during his post fight interview, which will no doubt bring him a few more fans.
