Coming up we have a heavyweight MMA rules bout between Eric Lynch (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Hendo Janari (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Lynch comes to the cage accompanied by Wild Thing. The crowd seem to be enjoying Janari's choice of entrance music: Airbourne - Let's Ride. This should be a great matchup!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the heavyweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of
5 - 2 - 0, fighting out of Tokyo, Eric Lynch! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of
6 - 2 - 0, fighting out of Tokyo, Hendo Janari! The judges for this bout are Ren Mimura, Hirohito Nitta and Yasuomi Hirokawa.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Lynch closes this distance looking for a takedown but Janari circles away. Lynch scores a takedown into full mount! The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing. Lynch trying to control but Janari is having none of it. Janari tries to get back to half guard but can't. Lynch trying to control but he's not successful this time. Lynch is going to have to think about doing something other than just controlling because Janari is managing to avoid having the position dictated to him.
That's one minute gone in the round. Lynch is working on an americana here. Ooh, that looks pretty nasty! Nope, Janari has managed to escape the submission attempt.
Janari wants to control but Lynch is having none of it. Janari really doesn't want to stay on the ground with Lynch. If he can't get it back to his feet, it's only a matter of time before he'll be tapping out. Lynch can't quite control the action as he would like just now, as Janari is looking to escape. The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work. Lynch wants to control the action but instead Janari gets a body lock and reverses into Lynch's guard! Nice work! Janari is stalling in the full guard.
That's two minutes gone in the round. My god... these two guys really need to pick up the pace or everyone will leave to go get a beer. Lynch looking to sweep using the butterfly guard but Janari puts pay to that idea as he passes nicely into half guard. Lynch wants to control but Janari is keeping busy.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Janari prevents Lynch from improving his position. Janari wants to free his trapped foot but Lynch is holding on for dear life with his legs. Janari is just sitting in half guard, waiting for something to happen. The fighters are starting to perspire pretty heavily. Lynch is trying to get back to full guard.
That's four minutes gone in the round. A few boos can be heard. I'm sure they will multiply if the fighters don't pick up the pace. Janari takes a deep breath and rests his weight momentarily on top of his opponent, to control the position. Janari is trying to control. Lynch wants to improve his position but can't escape this time. Janari trying to mount his opponent but Lynch defends it. Lynch is trying to control but can't.
Lynch is looking for a sweep. Janari is wise to his cunning plan and keeps the top position. Lynch is working hard here to advance position.
The referee has ruled that neither fighter is active enough on the ground and has stood them back up. Janari misses with a double jab.
Eric Lynch seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout. Janari will need to tighten up his combinations if he doesn't want to gas himself out, swinging at thin air.

That's five minutes gone in the round. Janari throws a right and a left that Lynch avoids nicely. Janari works Lynch's body with a nice hook. Janari fails to land with the punch combination there - jab, cross, hook, miss, miss, miss.
Janari scores with a sloppy right hand. Lynch should have avoided that one. Janari cracks Lynch with a right hand to the side of the head. Lynch ducks right into an uppercut from Janari. This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff! Lynch seems to be squinting his left eye. Perhaps he got a poke in that previous exchange. Janari shows no mercy and swarms him with a barage of strikes! Lynch is backing up but Janari catches him with a final right hook that drops him! Lynch covers up and the referee steps in to end the fight! Janari Jumps to his feet and flashes his guns to the crowd. Oh yeah, baby! How'd you like them apples?!
Ladies and gentlemen, after 5:33 of round 1, we have a winner by way of TKO (Strikes). Hendo Janari!
