Coming up we have a featherweight MMA rules bout between Reynold March (ranked 3497 p4p, 0 weight class) and Erislanda Martinez (ranked 3899 p4p, 0 weight class). Fingers crossed for an exciting fight - I'm sure both fighters are looking for a nice under the table bonus!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the featherweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of
2 - 2 - 0, fighting out of Las Vegas, Reynold March! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of
3 - 2 - 0, fighting out of Las Vegas, Erislanda Martinez ! The judges for this bout are George Francis, Chris Downing and Daniel Franklin.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! March circles away from the clinch attempt.
March shoots in with a lovely double leg takedown. Martinez manages to land in full guard to minimise the damage. March avoids a guillotine attempt easily.

March knows he needs to get back to his feet asap. He's simply no match for Martinez on the ground. Martinez keeping full guard, as March tries to pass. We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up. Martinez doesn't do any damage with a couple of strikes from the bottom.
That's one minute gone in the round. March has decided he wants to stand but the closed guard of Martinez is proving hard to escape from. March trying to control the position from guard on top but Martinez is wriggling around, looking for whatever he can. There's a bit of a scramble here and now Martinez is on top in guard.

That's three minutes gone in the round. March bucks up and manages to get a nice reversal! He's in guard on the top - nicely done! Martinez keeping moving, preventing March from controlling successfully. March stopping the sweep attempt from Martinez . March sneaks a leg through and gets to half guard. That was like a knife through butter how easily he passed Martinez 's guard. March stops Martinez from getting back to his feet.

Martinez might have to switch it up a bit here because his efforts to control March haven't been going to plan, at least at the current moment in time. The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work. March is doing well to avoid being mounted. He's controlling the position at the moment. March wants to get back to his feet. The referee looks like he's ready to step in and stand the fighters back up. Martinez passes the guard and advances to mount!
