Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the light heavyweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of

1 - 0 - 0, fighting out of London, Austin Gomes! The judges for this bout are Paul Tew, Richard Clark and Colin Fotheringham.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Gomes tries to close the distance and clinch but McLovin swats him to one side with an open hand palm strike and circles away. McLovin bobs and weaves into range and then changes levels and scores with a nice takedown into side control. McLovin is trying to land an Americana. He has the arm isolated but Gomes is keeping cool and he's avoided the danger for now. McLovin prevents Gomes from escaping the position. Gomes is using up a lot of energy trying to get back to his feet. Perhaps he should improve his position first. McLovin is looking for a kimura. He might have it! No, Gomes has escaped the position, nice work there. McLovin wants to lay and pray for a moment but Gomes keeps working. McLovin tries for a kimura but Gomes is defending well.
That's one minute gone in the round. McLovin trying to control the action but Gomes is working from the bottom. Gomes is trying to escape and get back to his feet. Gomes tries to get back to his feet but has found himself mounted instead. Damn, that's gotta suck. Gomes trying desperately to get to his feet.
McLovin wants to finish this one by submission but Gomes is holding onto his waist, trying to prevent any attacks from McLovin. The fighters are going at a pretty good pace and they're both starting to sweat now. McLovin with some aggressive grappling here, looking for the finish.
That's two minutes gone in the round. A few boos can be heard. I'm sure they will multiply if the fighters don't pick up the pace. McLovin wants to control the pace but Gomes is squirming around nicely. McLovin moves into side control, trying to work for a kimura. That looks painful! Will he finish!!?? No, Gomes has worked his arm free - good work by Gomes!
McLovin is breathing heavily. McLovin wants to work for a kimura but he's foiled early by Gomes, who protects the arm well. Gomes wants to get back to his feet but McLovin is dominant here and he's now got Gomes's back! Gomes has the hand control, trying to stop the rear naked choke.
That's three minutes gone in the round. McLovin tightening his grip on Gomes, looking for the choke. McLovin working for a RNC but it's not happening just yet. McLovin is looking for a choke. Gomes gets to his feet with his opponent on his back and slams him to the mat. Gomes manages to squirm out of the attempted choke and turns into his opponent's guard.
That's four minutes gone in the round. Gomes stands up from guard. Let's bang! McLovin circles away from the clinch attempt.
Gomes throws a right and a left that both miss. Austin Gomes is looking to keep the fight on the feet at all costs. Gomes doesn't manage to clinch there - McLovin circles away.

Gomes tries to clinch but McLovin moves out of range. Gomes fails with an attempt to clinch.
A left lands for Gomes. And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.

McLovin thinks about going for a leg but decides against it, in order to maintain the position. Both fighters are absolutely exhausted here.
