Budo has chosen Knocked Da Fuck Out as his entrance music, which hasn't gone down very well with the crowd. Thay Budo has the eye of the tiger tonight.

8 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Sydney, Thay Budo! The judges for this bout are Dillan Fox, Trevor Gratis and Robert Douchet.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Budo throws a looping overhand right but Romero ducks down to avoid it. Budo misses with a right hand and Romero counters with a driving takedown into guard. Nice work there by Romero. Budo is looking to stand back up but Romero counters by passing into half guard. Oops... bit sloppy there by Budo. Romero is looking to take a break and control but Budo is keeping him honest, looking to work from the bottom. Budo looks like he's trying to stand up.
Romero takes advantage of the dominant position to land a couple of big hammer fists. Budo really doesn't want to stay on the ground with Romero. If he can't get it back to his feet, it's only a matter of time before he'll be tapping out. Budo is trying to stand.
Romero passes to full mount! Budo is trying to get back to his feet but can't. BOOM! Romero connects with a massive shot to the dome!
Romero won't let Budo get back to his feet... He wants to keep the fight where it is for now. Romero breaks from Budo's wrist control and lands an elbow. Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd. Budo is really trying hard to get back to his feet.
That's one minute gone in the round. Romero controlling the pace for now. Budo tries to buck Romero off but he can't manage it. Romero putting on the heat here with some good ground and pound! Romero controlling from the full mount. Romero working the ground and pound effectively.
Romero breaks from Budo's wrist control and lands an elbow. Romero definitely looks more muscular than last time we saw him fight. Romero lands an elbow that was bordering on illegal but the referee lets it go with a warning. Romero punishing his opponent with strikes.
Budo is rocked! Romero controlling the position easily from mount. Budo is still in real trouble! Can Romero finish him? Romero has hold of an arm here, looking to extend it. He's committed to the armbar attempt here! Will he get it?! Yes! Budo is forced to tap!
