Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the welterweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 1 - 1 - 0, fighting out of St Petersburg, Otis Keith!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 2 - 2 - 0, fighting out of St Petersburg, Wojciech Kurminowski!
The judges for this bout are Igor Prikhodko, Dmitry Maklakov and Valeri Chadov.




The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Kurminowski scores with a punch to the gut of his opponent.
Keith shoots and misses

and Kurminowski counters by moving into the clinch.
Keith wants to break free. God knows he wants to breaaaak freeee.
Kurminowski keeps the fight in the clinch, despite Keith's efforts to push away.

Kurminowski has scooted to the edge of the canvas and used the cage to get back to his feet. Keith has stuck on his opponent and is forcing him back against the cage.
The crowd thankful this round is nearly over.

Keith blocks a knee to the body. He'll have a nicely bruised forearm in the morning.

This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff!

It looks like Otis Keith has been cut.
Keith shoots in for a takedown. "Ole!" shouts Kurminowski as he jumps to the side.

Keith is displaying good submission defense - not really looking in danger of submitting to the rear naked choke at the moment. That could change in an instant of course if Kurminowski gets his way!

Well Kurminowski has outworked and out performed his opponent in all aspects of the game today. He was simply too good and the decision should be no more than a formality. Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.
