Coming up we have a heavyweight MMA rules bout between Ryan Hatmann (ranked 25001 p4p, 527 weight class) and Cedric Cabran (ranked 3982 p4p, 396 weight class). Cabran comes into a darkened arena with his song building. Kill The DJ kicks in, the lights come on and the crowd goes wild! What a showman! Ryan Hatmann could well score a knockout today. He has the power to get to Cedric Cabran's chin.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 2 rounds, in the heavyweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of
1 - 4 - 0, fighting out of St Petersburg, Ryan Hatmann! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of
2 - 2 - 0, fighting out of London, Cedric Cabran! The judges for this bout are Daniel Blasius, Saam Ante and Nard Betker.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Cabran throws a monster uppercut resembling something out of street fighter but it doesn't land. Cabran displaying good standup as he scores with a three punch combination. Hatmann is pinned up against the cage taking some big shots here. The referee is looking closely deciding whether he should stop the fight.
Cabran works the jab nicely. Hatmann looks to have improved his striking defense since last time we saw him fight. Hatmann defending well as Cabran loads up on a big left hand. Cabran jabbing away but nothing is landing. Nice takedown defense from Cabran. No joy for Hatmann on that attempt. Cabran misses with a looping left. Hatmann is looking for a counter combo. Cabran stuns Hatmann with a nice body shot, before stepping back out of range. Cabran missing with a left hand there. Hatmann was out of range so wasted energy throwing that one. Cabran scores with a nice head shot. Cabran connects with a lovely jab that went straight through the gap between Hatmann's hands. This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff! Hatmann uses good head movement to avoid the hook from Cabran. Cabran defends well against a solid takedown attempt from Hatmann. Hatmann uses decent footwork to sidestep a right hand from Cabran. A big right from Cabran misses. Cedric Cabran seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout. Cabran scores with a jab to the body. A swing and a miss from Cabran.
That's one minute gone in the round. Hatmann takes one on the chin but seems OK.
Hatmann looks for a takedown but Cabran sprawls well. That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for Ryan Hatmann. That's going to take a lot out of him. Cabran throws a jab to the body, straight down the pipe. Boom. That sent Hatmann stumbling backwards but he manages to regain his composure quickly. Cabran rushes in with a sloppy looking punch
and Hatmann counters with a quick right hand to the jaw. Cabran bobbing and weaving, closes the distance and lands a hook to the side of Hatmann's head. Cabran lands with a cross to side of his opponent's head. Cabran connects with a good right hand that stumbles Hatmann. Hatmann circles away out of range and recomposes himself. Cabran throws a looping overhand right but Hatmann ducks down to avoid it. Cabran connects with a body shot that sends Hatmann's belly button to the back. Cabran misses with a straight right. Cabran jabbing away but nothing is landing. Hatmann shoots and misses letting Cabran counter with a right hand. Hatmann is breathing heavily. This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff! Good exchange - Cabran coming out on top. Hatmann ducks under an overhand right and circles away with a smile on his face. Cabran lands a slapping body shot.
That's two minutes gone in the round. Good exchange - Cabran coming out on top. Hatmann will have to do better than that with his takedown attempts. Cabran uses good footwork to get in and out and land a nice right hand before Hatmann has time to react.
It looks like Ryan Hatmann has been cut. Cabran throws a series of punches but Hatmann moves out of range. Cabran rushes in with a sloppy looking punch
and Hatmann counters with a left to the body. Cabran has worked on his takedown defense in the runup to this fight and it is paying off so far. Sloppy strikes from Cabran. Those never looked like landing. Hatmann is looking to counter with a shot to the body. Cedric Cabran is looking to keep the fight on the feet at all costs. Cabran tests Hatmann's chin there with a solid looking shot. Cabran misses with a few strikes there.
Cabran getting the better of the striking in that exchange. Cabran lands a jab to the nose. Cabran looks to score with a jab to the body but Hatmann is just out of range. Hatmann looks for a takedown but Cabran sprawls well. Hatmann takes a jab on the nose. He smiles like he loves it and keeps coming. Hatmann on the wrong end of a decent looking cross there.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Cabran works over Hatmann's head and body with a nice combination. Cabran might want to mix his strikes up a bit more. He's just going for head shots at the moment and that can become a bit predictable. Cabran catches Hatmann with a nice straight right. He seems pissed - ooooh, it's on now! On like donkey kong! Hatmann takes a body punch but keeps moving. Cabran lands an overhand right. Donk. Cabran catches Hatmann right on the button with a cross. Cabran is landing a lot of head punches in this opening round! Hatmann had better start moving his head a bit unless he wants his face to turn into pâté. Cabran connects with a single shot there. Boom, another hit is landed. "You're gunna get knocked out" taunts Cabran, as that shot connected.
Cabran works his jab well there, keeping his opponent at a distance. Cabran dips to his left and cracks Hatmann with an uppercut! The fans in attendance giving it up for the two fighters, who have really let it all hang out in the last minute or so! Hatmann uses some good footwork to avoid the body shot by Cabran.

Hatmann is rocked! Hatmann tries to clinch up but Cabran circles away and keeps his distance. Donk. Cabran catches Hatmann right on the button with a cross. Jab from Cabran. Oh Hatmann is still all over the place! His legs are completely gone! Will he be able to recover?!! Cabran scores with a jab to the body.
That's four minutes gone in the round. Cabran fakes a right and follows up with a big left that drops Hatmann to one knee - oooooh, he's wobbly! Hatmann looks to clinch but Cabran throws him off and pummels him into the canvas! Hatmann taps out under the strikes! The fight is over!
Ladies and gentlemen, after 4:06 of round 1, we have a winner by way of Submission (Strikes). Cedric Cabran! Cedric Cabran looked relieved post fight as he said the following; 'Bahug bilat imong mom'.
