Coming up we have a heavyweight MMA rules bout between Chris Steel (ranked 21888 p4p, 0 weight class) and Hank Holmes (ranked 4605 p4p, 0 weight class). Holmes has a pretty significant injury - he really shouldn't be fighting right now but he's a warrior and he's here none the less! Over to our ring announcer for the fighter introductions!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the heavyweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of
5 - 11 - 0, fighting out of Helsinki, Chris Steel!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of
23 - 26 - 0, fighting out of Helsinki, Hank Holmes!
The judges for this bout are Anni Minnemäki, Roosa Järviläinen and Matti Vanhoillinen.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Steel shoots in for a takedown. "Ole!" shouts Holmes as he jumps to the side.
Holmes looks winded!
Holmes displays good takedown defense there as he swats away a double leg from Steel.
Holmes scores with a decent looking hook.
Steel tries to clinch but Holmes is having none of it.
Steel definitely looks more muscular than last time we saw him fight.
Steel misses with a head kick.
Holmes swings away with a counter right hand but no contact made.
Holmes defends well against a solid takedown attempt from Steel.
That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for Chris Steel. That's going to take a lot out of him.
Holmes scores with a punch to the gut of his opponent.
Steel tries to close the distance and clinch up against the cage but Holmes paws at him with a jab and circles away.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.
Steel tries to drive through with a takedown attempt but Holmes defends well and Steel ends up having to push Holmes into the cage where they will battle it out in the clinch.
Steel looks for a takedown here. Will he get it? Holmes is fending him off so far but Steel persists. Nope, Holmes circles away and we're back to standing.
Steel throws a looping left and ducks down for a takedown. He's got his arms around Holmes's waist but Holmes gets an underhook and avoids the takedown by throwing Steel off to one side.
Holmes fakes a head shot and lands one to the body.
Holmes throws a looping overhand right but Steel ducks down to avoid it.
Steel appears to be looking for a big counter.
That's one minute gone in the round.
Holmes closes the distance and clinches up, looking for a takedown. He shifts his weight and gets a nice trip into half guard.
Steel wants to control but Holmes is keeping busy.
Holmes is looking for a kimura but he's never going to get it from there.
Steel is looking to escape.
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.
Holmes wants to work for an arm triangle but Steel is really keeping half guard well and defending the submission attempt.
Steel wants to get back to full guard.
Holmes has hold of the far side arm. He's working for the Kimura, can Steel defend it? Holmes steps over the head and cranks it - Steel is tapping out! That was textbook stuff right there - nice submission victory for Holmes!
