Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the middleweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of
2 - 1 - 0, fighting out of London, Vivien Noyer! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of
13 - 3 - 0, fighting out of Sydney, Pete Vonshredder! The judges for this bout are Bruno Lombardi, Steve Montenegro and Alyssa Summers.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Noyer fails with a takedown attempt from distance. Vonshredder swats away the attempt to clinch by Noyer. Noyer is looking to clinch. The fighters circling - Vonshredder throws out the jab but it was never going to land. Vonshredder loads up on a big right hand but Noyer slips the punch. Noyer changes levels looking for a counter takedown but doesn't commit. Vonshredder avoids the head kick by Noyer.
Vonshredder connects with a good right hand that stumbles Noyer. Noyer circles away out of range and recomposes himself. Noyer shoots in for a takedown but Vonshredder shows good takedown defense. Vonshredder connects with a lovely right hand, straight down the pipe. A slow jab from Vonshredder misses its intended target. Noyer shoots in for a takedown. "I don't think so" says Vonshredder as he avoids it easily. That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for Vivien Noyer. That's going to take a lot out of him. Noyer takes a body punch that cleary hurt but he's trying not to show any weakness. Vonshredder scores with a hook. Vonshredder tests Noyer's chin there with a solid looking shot. Noyer darts in looking for a takedown but Vonshredder gets double underhooks and turns Noyer into the ropes. Vonshredder looks like he wants to counter punch here. Wooooo! Give it up for these two warriors! They are putting on a show! Vonshredder with a body punch. A glancing blow. Noyer has his takedown stuffed and Vonshredder counters with a stiff right hand. Vonshredder drops Noyer with a hook right on the temple. He thinks about going to the ground but Noyer looks back up at him and smiles so Vonshredder waves him back to his feet - he obviously thinks he can knock him out after that shot landed.
Noyer is rocked! We've been told by Noyer's head coaches at FIERCE - {{$750}} - 15 Elite Coaches that he's been working on his takedown defense in preparation for this fight.
That's one minute gone in the round. Noyer shoots in looking for a takedown but Vonshredder manages to keep the fight standing, pushing Noyer's face into the canvas for good measure before circling away. Oh Noyer is still all over the place! His legs are completely gone! Will he be able to recover?!! Noyer wants to clinch and Vonshredder counters with a lovely straight right hand! Noyer throws a right and a left that Vonshredder avoids nicely. Vonshredder looks to throw the jab but Noyer is out of range. Noyer changes levels looking for a counter takedown but doesn't commit. Noyer seems to have got his legs back now. Noyer takes a body punch that cleary hurt but he's trying not to show any weakness. Vonshredder fakes low and throws an overhand right that catches Noyer on the side of the head. Vonshredder lands a nice hook to Noyer's body. Noyer takes it in his stride and looks to land his own strikes. Wow, both these guys are really going for it! Noyer moves away from the strike by Vonshredder. Vonshredder cracks Noyer with a big right hand that sends him to the floor! Noyer looks wobbly but he's sprung back up to his feet straight away… can Vonshredder finish him?
The crowd cheering loudly, showing their appreciation for the quality fight we're seeing here. Vonshredder lands with a right that hurts Noyer. Noyer looks to clinch but Vonshredder throws a short knee that drops Noyer. This one is all over!
