Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between Rage Parade (ranked 510 p4p, 84 weight class) and Miguel Cotto (ranked 1037 p4p, 166 weight class). Parade comes into the arena with I KILL Cause I'm Hungry blaring out of the sound system. Over to our ring announcer for the fighter introductions!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the light heavyweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.

22 - 11 - 0, fighting out of Amsterdam, Miguel Cotto!
The judges for this bout are Shirou Masuda, Yukihiro Yamamoto and Yukihiro Shimada.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Cotto doesn't manage to clinch there - Parade circles away.
Parade seemed to be looking to counter by closing the distance.
Cotto scores with a head kick. Parade tried to block it but didn't get his arm up in time.
It looks like Rage Parade has been cut.
Cotto is the aggressor but that punch slipped nicely by Parade.
It looked like Parade wanted to counter with a hook but didn't fully commit.
Parade swings and misses with a hook to the body.
Parade tries to clinch
and Cotto counters with a head kick. That will keep Parade thinking before he tries any more sloppy attacks!
Cotto throws a jab when Parade was well out of range.

It looks like Miguel Cotto has been cut.
Parade looks to have improved his striking defense since last time we saw him fight.
This has been an exciting period of action!
Cotto tries a head kick but it misses.
Parade tries to counter by moving into the clinch but Cotto manages to circle out of the way.
Parade moves out of range of the leg kick from Cotto.

Cotto finds nothing but air with that leg kick attempt.

and Parade counters with a nice low kick that buckles Cotto's knee momentarily.
Parade takes a jab right on the nose. That must have hurt but he shrugs his shoulders and looks to return the favor.
Parade misses with an uppercut
and Cotto counters with a straight right hand.
Cotto blocks the body kick.
Cotto moves into the clinch.
Parade has a couple of punches blocked by Cotto.
Parade fails to land with a short punch on the inside.
Cotto works on Parade's body with a couple of short punches.
Cotto tries to land a knee to the body but he is off balance and Parade avoids it.
Parade lands a right hand.
Still in the clinch, Cotto scores with a nice short uppercut.
With the fighters clinched against the cage, Parade creates a bit of distance for himself and scores with a nice uppercut.
Parade lands a short shot on the inside that snaps the head of Cotto backwards.
The crowd are loving this. Great action here.
Cotto's corner are urging him to control the action in the clinch for a moment, rather than mount any serious offense. I'm sure the crowd appreciate those instructions... not.
Parade works on Cotto's body with a couple of short punches.

Cotto escapes the clinch and we're back to striking.
Cotto throws a leg kick
and Parade counters with a lovely straight right hand!
Parade stumbles momentarily as he takes a strong leg kick from Cotto.
Cotto dances in quickly and lands a nice inside leg kick on Parade. That did some damage!
Parade scores with a slapping inside leg kick.
Cotto looking to take his opponent's legs away with the low kicks.
Cotto throws a body kick but he was well out of range there.
As Cotto backs away, Parade returns fire with a leg kick that just misses.
Parade slips a straight right by Cotto.

Cotto throws a low kick but it's checked well by Parade.
That's a knee to de groin and it's over and out! Parade crumples to the ground after an illegal strike from Cotto - the referee stops the clock and Parade gets 5 minutes to recover from that one. "I'm sorry" says Cotto. Parade manages to get back to his feet and the fight resumes.
Cotto throws a quick head kick that skims the top of Parade's head.
Cotto stumbles momentarily as he takes a strong leg kick from Parade.
Cotto connects with a hook to the side of his opponent's head.
That's three minutes gone in the round.
Cotto throws a low kick, looking for Parade's leg but Parade calmly moves out of range.
Cotto misses with a jab and misses with a cross straight after too.
Cotto takes a step back and watches a body kick go sailing past his mid section.
Cotto throws a sloppy head kick and Parade moves out of range easily.
Cotto throws a jab, cross combination which is slipped
and Parade counters with a nice low kick that buckles Cotto's knee momentarily.
Cotto misses with an uppercut
and Parade counters with a left and a right that stings Cotto.
Cotto lands a really nice looking cross but Parade seems unphased.
Cotto fails with an attempt to clinch.
Cotto throws a combination that misses
and Parade counters with a lovely shot to the body.
Cotto looks winded!
Parade cracks Cotto with a big right hand that sends him crashing to the floor. Parade has the opportunity to follow him to the ground but instead he's beckoning Cotto to stand back up!
Cotto is rocked!
Wooooo! Give it up for these two warriors! They are putting on a show!
Cotto drops his hands for a split second and Parade immediately capitalizes on the opportunity by smashing a powerful hook into Cotto face, sending his mouthguard sailing through the air, much to the delight of the crowd. Parade follows up with a right hand that knocks Cotto into next week. He's out cold and this fight is over!
Ladies and gentlemen, after 3:50 of round 1, we have a winner by way of KO (Punches). Rage Parade!
Rage Parade seemed lost for words in his post fight interview but he remembered to thank his fans and directed everyone to his website.
