Coming up we have a super heavyweight kickboxing rules bout between Jacques Durand (ranked 19030 p4p, 110 weight class) and Duke Nukem (ranked 1498 p4p, 49 weight class). Durand comes into the arena with Kaaris - S.E.V.R.A.N. blaring out of the sound system. Nukem has chosen Here comes the boom as his entrance music. I'm sure you'll be fascinated to know that I was talking to some pointless Z list celebrity before the fight and he thought that Duke Nukem was going to win. Let's see if he was right.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

The fighters circling - Nukem throws out the jab but it was never going to land.

Durand fakes and then throws a beautiful body shot. Nukem looks a bit winded and takes a step backwards to take a breath.
Durand throws a jab to the body, straight down the pipe. Boom. That sent Nukem stumbling backwards but he manages to regain his composure quickly.

Nukem tries to throw a body punch but Durand avoids it by throwing Nukem back against the ropes.

Our sources have told us that Durand has been working on his elbows in the gym.

Durand's corner calls for him to break the clinch, which he does.

Durand throws out a head kick that Nukem doesn't see coming - it connects and sends Nukem crashing to the mat face first! He's bounced up to his knees and is scrambling to get back to his feet and beat the count. He's up on 5 but still looks a bit groggy; will the referee allow it to continue??? He's taking a good look into Nukem's eyes and has decided to let it go on!
