Lashehly has chosen Attadude as his entrance music. Randy Lashehly will no doubt be looking to use his reach advantage to good effect.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the super heavyweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 2 - 1 - 0, fighting out of Las Vegas, Brock Lesnar!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 0 - 2 - 0, fighting out of Las Vegas, Randy Lashehly!
The judges for this bout are Chris Downing, George Francis and Alan Glass.




The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

Lashehly decides to change it up a bit and drives through with a nice takedown into half guard.
Lashehly prevents Lesnar from improving his position.
Lashehly is looking to stall here but Lesnar recovers full guard.

Lesnar is throwing his legs up, looking for submissions. Lashehly is aware though and is defending well.

Lesnar throws a combination but it was largely blocked by Lashehly.
Lashehly wants to counter with a clinch but Lesnar pushes him away.

Lashehly really doesn't want to stay on the ground with Lesnar. If he can't get it back to his feet, it's only a matter of time before he'll be tapping out.
Lashehly is looking to sweep but instead, Lesnar has passed into half guard.

Lashehly is refusing to be controlled, as Lesnar sits in half guard.
Lesnar seems content to maintain position for now, rather than mounting any offense.

A nice combination there by Lashehly.
A jab from Lesnar does it's job there.
The fight stays on the outside here - Lashehly looks like he's thinking about clinching though.
Lashehly tries to clinch but is not successful on this occasion.
Lesnar throws a big counter combination but Lashehly scrambles out of danger and avoids any damage.
Lesnar shoots in with a takedown attempt and he has Lashehly pinned against the cage. Lashehly gets the underhooks and manages to circle away.

Lashehly stuffs a takedown. It's all about dictating where the fight takes place and Lashehly wants it to stay on the feet.
The crowd are loving this. Great action here.
Lesnar tries to close the distance and clinch up against the cage but Lashehly paws at him with a jab and circles away.

Lesnar fails with a rather predictable takedown attempt.
Lashehly tries to close the distance and clinch up but Lesnar swats him away and circles back towards the center.

Lesnar feints a jab promting Lashehly to slip. Lesnar then demonstrates his capabilities by jabbing again. Lashehly slips again and ducks right into an uppercut.
Lesnar connects with a leg kick. Lashehly looked like he was expecting something else and didn't defend it.
We've been informed that Lashehly has been working hard on his conditioning in the buildup to the fight.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.
Lesnar keeping a good distance there, avoiding the body shot.
Nice takedown defense from Lesnar. No joy for Lashehly on that attempt.
Lashehly is breathing heavily.
Lashehly takes a punch right to his stomach. That took the wind out of him momentarily.

Lashehly escapes the clinch and we're back to striking.

and Lashehly connects with a straight left hand counter down the middle.

Lesnar tries to keep at a distance but Lashehly has taken the fight into the clinch.
Lashehly has had enough of the clinch but Lesnar keeps him there for the moment.
Lesnar can't break the clinch.
Both guys are working to get underhooks.
Lashehly wants to take the fight to the mat but Lesnar manages to get underhooks and keep the fight in the clinch.
Lesnar is trying to stall.
Lesnar can't get the takedown.

Lashehly tries to land a shot to the body but it's blocked.
Lashehly fails to pull guard.
Lashehly is defending well against a takedown attempt.
Lashehly can't break the clinch.
Lashehly gets underhooks to prevent Lesnar's takedown attempt.
Lesnar gets double underhooks to prevent a takedown attempt from Lashehly.
Lesnar tries to stall but Lashehly uses the opportunity to gain a better position.
Lesnar has a body lock and is looking for a takedown. Lashehly is bouncing around trying to prevent the takedown and somehow he has indeed managed to stay on his feet.
Lesnar wants to take the fight to the mat but Lashehly manages to get underhooks and keep the fight in the clinch.

There's not a lot going on here and the crowd are letting the fighters know they're not willing to tolerate a lack of action.

The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.
Lashehly has a butterfly guard looking to sweep but Lesnar has passed into side control.

Lashehly is trying to stand and escape here. He's got onto all fours but that's just let Lesnar take his back! Uh oh - Lesnar has got a rear naked choke here! Lashehly is forced to tap! It's all over! One monent is all it takes in this sport!

Ladies and gentlemen, after 4:41 of round 2, we have a winner by way of Submission (RNC). Brock Lesnar!
