Coming up we have a bantamweight MMA rules bout between Apidej Sit Hirun (ranked 2198 p4p, 103 weight class) and Kobi Shelton (ranked 2669 p4p, 125 weight class). Fingers crossed for an exciting fight - I'm sure both fighters are looking for a nice under the table bonus!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the bantamweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of
3 - 1 - 0, fighting out of The Island, Apidej Sit Hirun!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.

2 - 0 - 0, fighting out of The Island, Kobi Shelton!
The judges for this bout are Daniel Franklin, Peter Branson and Dirk Anderson.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Sit Hirun dips down and scores with a jab to the body.
Shelton misses with a body punch
and Sit Hirun cracks him with a counter punch right on the button.
Shelton looks more muscular than last time we saw him. He must have been on the weights.
Sit Hirun fakes low and throws an overhand right that catches Shelton on the side of the head.
Shelton rushes in with a sloppy looking punch
and Sit Hirun counters with a lovely straight right hand!
It looks like Kobi Shelton has been cut.
Sit Hirun moves into range and throws a lovely three punch combination.
Shelton is rocked!
Shelton just misses with a punch to the body.
Sit Hirun is looking for a counter combo.
Shelton misses the body punch
and Sit Hirun counters with a nice body shot.
Shelton fails with the takedown
and Sit Hirun counters with a crisp hook to the side of the head.
Shelton is still on wobbly legs! Can Sit Hirun finish him?
Wooooo! Give it up for these two warriors! They are putting on a show!
Shelton bobs and weaves into range and then changes levels and scores with a nice takedown into side control.
Sit Hirun has improved his flexibility recently so we will have to see if he can use that to his advantage.
Sit Hirun wants to control but Shelton postures up.
Shelton seems to have recovered his senses.
Check out the look on Shelton's face as he threw that strike - that's one determined fighter!
Sit Hirun tries to bench press Shelton off him but Shelton keeps the position.
Shelton in side control lands a decent elbow.
Shelton controls the position from side control.
Shelton working the ground and pound from side control.

Shelton is chipping away with strikes.
Shelton working away diligently from side control. Landing strikes effectively there - that will score him some points on the judges scorecards.
Shelton trying to control the action but Sit Hirun is working from the bottom.
Shelton cracks Sit Hirun with an elbow. That is naaassty.
Shelton wants to control but Sit Hirun is keeping him busy.
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.
Shelton in side control, just content to control the action for now.
That's two minutes gone in the round.
Shelton lands a few punches from side control.
Sit Hirun on his back here. We all know that wrestlers don't like being on their back so let's see if Sit Hirun tries to get out of the position.
Shelton lands some shots froms side control.
Sit Hirun knows he needs to get back to his feet asap. He's simply no match for Shelton on the ground.
Shelton lands a knee to the body and a forearm to the face.
Shelton connects with a decent looking elbow from side control that caused Sit Hirun some visible discomfort.
The fighters are going at a pretty good pace and they're both starting to sweat now.
Sit Hirun takes a big shot right to the temple there but he's taken it well.
Shelton cracks Sit Hirun with a big elbow. Oh, he's hurt! Shelton immediately mounts and start dropping bombs! Sit Hirun is done! The referee jumps in and saves him from any more punishment - a quick and decisive finish by Shelton!
Ladies and gentlemen, after 3:58 of round 1, we have a winner by way of TKO (Strikes). Kobi Shelton!
A very excited looking Kobi Shelton rambled incoherently for about 5 minutes post fight about how awesome he is. It was kinda funny for a while but then everyone got annoyed.
The defeated Apidej Sit Hirun had this to say: 'You are just lucky today!'.
